“A socer team was staying on the 1st floor. As the parents hung out in the breakfast area the kids were running up and down the hall going in and out of each other rooms and being extremely loud. After 10 pm I asked the front desk to ask the parents to control their kids. That worked for about 5 minutes then about 10 kids moved into the room next door. At 1115 the kids were still out of control so I went to the front desk and asked the new desk attendant to talk to the parents who were still in...

“The hotel is clean but tired - hallway carpeting is worn - desk chair in our room was worn and needed replacing - water dispenser in lobby needs replacing - staff is excellent and housekeeping very adequate”

“The rooms are old. The sink in the bathroom started leaking and you get a little shock if you touch the meta screw when switching on the bathroom light. The vending machine doesn't work and the hotel doesn't reimburse you. The personnel is nice and efficient ”

“This place is a scam. The room we had cost $354.00 and was a small attic, with old cheap jungle stuff lying around. No AC, No windows that opened, and one window you can look out, nothing like the pictures showed, NOTHING. Breakfast was 45min late, in the morning we could not find anyone who we could speak with, that didn't need a translator app. This felt like a room where a John would take their trick, except as expensive as the Grand America. Horrible place.”

“Struttura vicino al centro. Stanza ampia e pulita, personale gentile e disponibile. È possibile parcheggiare nella rimessa di fronte all’hotel, a pagamento. L’unica cosa che ho trovato molto confusionaria è stata la colazione: quando siamo arrivati non c’erano più posate, nè tovaglioli..l’acqua calda era finita..insomma, credo che un po’ più di attenzione sarebbe necessaria. ”

“I mean it was okay at best but my problem was just with how outdated the rooms are and there’s not an actual bathroom and it’s weirdly cramped. I don’t recommend it to anyone who’s tall because the roof is pretty low.”
