Hotel a Boven-Leeuwen

“Per il tipo di hotel un costo di oltre €100 per una camera con 4 letti a castello mi sembra un po' troppo. Comunque il soggiorno è andato bene.”

“The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!”

“Het communiceren met het personeel middels het hologram is verschrikkelijk. Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom er niet op gezette tijden een fysiek persoon op een fysieke locatie aanwezig kan zijn. Het personeel was overigens vriendelijk en welwillend. Er was ook een fout gemaakt bij het opmaken van de bedden (te weinig). Dat werd rechtgezet. De kamer (driepersoons-) was verder prima.”

“We hadden een 4 persoonskamer en die was fijn omdat het 2 aparte kamers waren met ieder een deur aan een gangetje met een badkamer. 4 eenpersoons bedden die fijn lagen. Alleen was het verschrikkelijk warm in de kamer terwijl het buiten max 19/20 graden is geweest. Hele avond ramen open en ventilator in het raam bracht maar matig verbetering. Probleem was dat er buiten een grote afzuiger of verntilatorunit hele nacht draaide met zo’n herrie (een beetje zo’n geluid als een auto in hoogzomer met...

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...

“Nice Family owned place with personal history. Good feeling of "rural" Holland, but still close to the main highway connections. Surely recommended at least for a pass through during other transfers. ”

“Very nice hotel in a castle. Not easy to find without GPS ( some roads to get there were pedestrian), but once you know the way is very easy ( also depend from which direction you are coming). The hotel is quite big and quiet, nice breakfast and park around. Highly suggested ”
