“Nice staff , maintenance is on the bad side, breakfast terrible but very nice building”

“Pool was still broken, it was broken last time I stayed. Trash all over the parking lot. Towels were old and discolored. Hotel has gone to pots since it was Holiday Inn. Advertisement for a restaurant being in hotel, no restaurant. They really need to update the Advertisement for this hotel, cause it is all lies.”

“In 10 days I had the room cleaned only 3 days They said that cleaned was on request I usually use this chain but it was the first time some like this happened”

“Everything was fine until someone starting slamming their room door every couple minutes at 10pm ”

“Check in was very quick and easy. Hotel was very quiet and room was comfortable. The ice machine did not work but the desk clerk came and knocked on our door with a bucket of ice for us. I will definately check this hotel out the next time I have to stay in the Fort Wayne area. ”

“We stayed for one night with smaller kids. We didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival but the front office was quick to get us one. The pool water was freezing. The staff said they turned the heater on but by the time we left it was still cold. Floors were a little dirty in the room, ice machine was down, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent! We would stay here again and maybe call before to have the pool heater turned on prior to the stay.”
