Ive written hotels.com for refund. i see that i have been addressed by someone else's name. Please correct that in your system. Otherwise the hotel was generally ok. But i was charged way way above the hotel rates as well. Please resolve this. Booking ref is 72072309167578. The card is in my name. And so also is the booking. Please look into this unique case”

“I lunch a complaint to your customer care but no one response to that. the hotel claim they didn’t receive payment from Expedia. they also claim they are not working with Expedia anymore. I end up paying another payment to them in cash. ”
