“Bathroom had mold, the shower doors wouldn’t stay closed, shower water pressure almost nonexistent, and the breakfast was lackluster from previous Hampton inn stays. Would not recommend. Better options all around that area. ”

“Pool was closed, gym wasn’t how it was pictured, the snacks/food section was close to nothing, got charged almost $100 extra. We left 2 days early then planned. ”

“I am a 6’5” man. I booked a room with a king sized bed so that I could have enough space to sleep comfortably, I went to check in and was given a room with two tin sized beds and was charged $30 more than the price that I had reserved”

“They are renovating the 12 floor right on top of our room the drilling noise wake us up before 8 am. Also the mini fridge was not cold enough for the insulin, 2 ice machines were out of service I had to order to 7 eleven uber eats a bag of ice to make sure the medication didn’t go to waste”

“Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. ”

“Overall, the hotel was quite clean, the continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was very friendly. However, there appeared to be an issue with a sewage odor in the bathroom. After showering, a strong smell would develop, which made it necessary to keep the bathroom door closed in order to remain comfortable in the room. If it weren’t for this issue, I would have rated the hotel much higher.”

“Our stay at the Best Western was okay, but it didn’t feel worth the price compared to other hotels on our trip. When we arrived, the outside smelled strongly like rotten fish because of a blossoming tree, which wasn’t a great first impression. The room was clean but dated, with scuffed walls and some peeling paint, and the breakfast was mediocre. Checkout was handled through a virtual attendant on a screen, which caused long wait times. Considering this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at...

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“Breakfast was great, staff was great, facilities were clean. I'm only complaint is that my room was missing forks from the kitchenette and hand soap from the bathroom upon check-in. Very quiet, despite proximity to I-95. Would stay here again.”

“We were so upset when we checked in. I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. We got there and were told that it was closed. There was no mention of the pool being closed throughout the booking process. Additionally, the breakfast was just ok. The food was cold and there were not a lot of options. I expected a little bit more for the price we had to pay for it. The room was nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. ”
