“This hotel was comfortable and accommodating in every sense. Everything seemed to be lovingly maintained, even the grounds which are well kept and attractive with seasonal plantings. The staff was personable and accommodating - at one in the morning (woke up in a panic and needed something from my car) the front desk attendant actually proactively offered and assisted me while I was half asleep and could barely form sentences. “From the moment you walk in to the hotel you can see how clean they keep it. The staff are friendly, polite & very accommodating!! Our entire experience from checking in to checkout was wonderful! They provided us with free breakfast along with late checkout! The room was nice, comfortable and clean!! They are conveniently located off of 495 and close to shopping, restaurant’s & gas stations etc! It was such a pleasure staying there, that we are booked for another stay in December.”

“Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work.”

“Room was showing signs of being worn down. Carpet had rips in it and the bathroom had mold around the ceiling. The air conditioning worked fine and the parking was okay. The sink has many deep cracks in it . The bathroom vanity and door were in terrible shape.On the positive note the man at the reception desk was very nice.”

“We arrived on Long Island very late on the 10th. We were at a hotel that was completely horrid and we had to get out of there. We left there the morning of the 12th and booked the Marriott. We left without showering and needed to get ourselves together for the day. The staff at the Marriott allowed us to get into a room around 11 and helped us tremendously.
