“For a quick weekend getaway without the children, I was disappointed. My husband and I wanted to spend time together, but he had a conference each day from 8-4 so I was on my own at your property. 3/4 of the TV channels did not work "low signal." “Staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, bathrooms were also clean with lots of towels. They also provided you with anything extra you asked for very quickly . Free coffee and tea in the lobby with enough variety . The location of the hotel is also perfect , very close to the highway and less than 20 minutes drive from almost all the attractions.”

“No where to hang my clothes, no iron, dirty surfaces. No hot water at all. Inquired about it and was advised to run the sink AND the shower at the same time for atleast 10min. Still no hot water. Was then moved to another room at 11pm. Still dirty surfaces and tub. Holes in the walls and in the bathtub. Not worth the money at all. The outlet didnt work on the wall and there is no outlet near the nightstands. Super dark in the rooms. Not nearly enough light at all. Only tiny sconce lights on...

“It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.”

The locations right near a couple spots to grab food so ordering isn’t necessary with local options. Couple things we wish we knew before hand is with the standard room, you’d have to go downstairs for the microwave when pictures made it seem we had one in the room. “Horrrrrrible. Everything about this ‘hotel’ was horrible. Everything was beyond poor. The bed, cleanliness, amenities, friendliness, no water kettle which is a basic thing and they don’t even sell hot water at the front desk. Bad smell, even in the non-smoking rooms you can smell the cigarettes and joint. As if you’re a smoker yourself. OMG… I will neverrrr go back again and I would NOT recommend anybody staying at this poor and cheap hotel! The ONLY positive thing is that it is WELL located!”

“Do NOT stay at this property. The pictures are inaccurate, and the sign indicates it is a MOTEL, not a hotel. It was unsafe with people loitering in the parking lot. The employees at check in were behind glass. My daughter and I did not feel safe and had to leave to find a different hotel. Both the hotel and Expedia refused to assist, even though we did not stay, putting our safety first.”
