After driving 10 hours to get there, we were concerned about getting stuck since we needed to be back for work. The staff was very understanding and allowed us to shorten our stay by one day, refunding the final night. They were kind, accommodating, and easy to work with during a stressful situation. “Pleasantly surprised. One of the BEST motel stays I've ever had, and I'm almost 82! Warm, comfortable layout, all being very clean. Super kitchenet even though we didn't use it. Very comfortable bed and all linen. Only negative was TV offerings, limited and not very clear. Would highly recommend to anyone, business or travel .”
