“This was our second time staying at this hotel and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff is absolutely amazing from the front desk to Maria in the breakfast area! It’s clean and quiet! They are renovating right now but we still had an amazing stay!!! ”

“my first initial complaint was the key card for the room didn’t work so myself and my child were waiting to try and get in the door. Had to walk back up to the office to come back and have the manager come reprogram a key while we stood out there and waited once I got in the room. It didn’t smell very clean in the bathroom. I noticed that there was dirty handprints on the wall the tub had some brown stuff in it with hair from the previous people. The inside of the door was very dirty like...

“Era la nostra ultima notte negli states e abbiamo fatto tappa per avvincinarci all aereoporto.Il posto nn è un granché però la camera era meglio della foto in cui c erano dei copriletto davvero brutti e il personale davvero molto carino e gentile”

“Siamo arrivati in serata, la ricezionesta molto gentile ci ha detto che la piscina non era agibile, le abbiamo chiesto delle monete per la lavanderia ma non le aveva a disposizione. La camera aveva un forte odore di cloro, il copriletto era bucato, la doccia era sporca ed impresentabile agli ospiti, l aria condizionata non funzionava, il materasso era molle e scomodo e non c’era nemmeno il frigorifero. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto sul sito web. ”

“The room was so bad that we checked out immediately because the smell was horrific. Room very dirty bathtub multiple large cracks in it towel stained toilet dirty with spots of urine on the toilet seed. By far the office place I've ever seen. I'm requesting my a full refund since we didn't stay in the room and we had to go and rent another room in another hotel because it was that bad”

“I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund. ”
