“The front desk personnel were very slow. The TV in our first room did not work. The lady at the front desk assigned us a new room but would not give us the key until we brought all our luggage and personal belongings down to the lobby.”

“I have a disability and didn't go out too often for food, so I would have preferred a microwave to be in the room for the ease of reheating and heating food. The staff was very friendly.”

Went to get breakfast at 6:20 and there were no lights on in the room and nothing stocked. I don’t know if someone called off or what. We went to McDonald’s next to eat. I was disappointed with this hotel even though the reviews were saying it was good. The only thing good I guess is the room was clean.”

Very, very run down, shredded plastic wrapping stilllom the box springs, box spring cover not close to fully on. The furniture was actually nice and relatively new. The bathroom was well-appointed, though the grab bar’s trim ring was broken and hanging from the bar’s middle. The bathroom was clean, but my dog kept pulling out trash from under the bed.
