Every fabric in our room had visible staining on it (the couch, the chair, the stools), the pull out couch mattress was disgusting, multiple stains (pretty sure one of them was blood). The air-conditioning units both made clicking sounds. The shower curtain rod is about 2 uses before it rips out of the wall. The room overall could use a freshening up. There was no...

“Good property, the air freshener they use was not a pleasant smell. The rooms were very nice, old furniture by the elevators that took away from the appearance. The elevator needed a deep cleaning, but once again, I emphasize rooms were very nice.”

“Took a hour to check in and it was already 8pm when I arrived. Room was not properly cleaned and had an odor. Elevators went out during stay, phone at hotel was out so could not contact them. Only positive thing was staff was excellent and friendly. Tried their best to work with what they could control. ”

“Sheets were dirty but they changed them out once we requested. Bathtub could have been cleaner. Other than that, pretty average stay. ”

“Bed was hard as a rock, elevators don't work, door frame had a wad of paper 'fixing' a big gap. Was a pretty janky place. Also if you're traveling with pets, online it's advertised as pet friendly and they stay for free. (Literally the only reason I even considered this place) They charge a $50 pet fee at check in. This is not advertised at all online. ”
