“Room was dirty, debris on the floors and in the shower. Flies/gnats, I got bit in 4 places. The person in the room above was making noise all night stomping across the floor. I terirned around midnight and the noise was constant finally at 5am got up and left, instead of my planned departure of 9am. ”

“Camera pulita e ampia, hotel logisticamente messo benissimo,zona tranquilla. La camera però andrebbe pulita tutti i giorni in virtù anche da quello che costa, per il resto tutto ok.”

“Good area in Campbell, staff were nice and helpful, continental breakfast was great. Room was big and spacious. The only complain I have is, the pullout sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep in. Other than that our one night stay was perfect.”

“I had a pleasant stay at the Convention Center Inn & Suites while in town for a San Jose Sharks vs Montreal Canadiens game! The location is unbeatable for hockey fans, as it’s a quick and easy trip over to the SAP Center. (<30 min walk). The room was exceptionally clean and spacious providing a quiet and comfortable retreat after the excitement of the arena. The on-site parking was free, which felt safe and took all the stress out of navigating downtown traffic.”

“The young man who helped me I didn’t get his name. He was amazing kind helpful Patient and I really appreciate that. The room was excellent air conditioner. Excellent clean. Parking was great the staff great friendly ”

“Hotel nuovo e molto pulito vicinissimo all’aeroporto ed all’autostrada. Staff gentile e professionale. Colazione varia e completa ( dolce, salato, caldo freddo) molto buona. Camere ben insonorizzate e ben arredate e pulite. Attrezzate di tutto il necessario con una cucina completa. Servizi adeguati alla categoria, lavanderia self-service, piscina, angolo barbecue all’aperto, parcheggio a pagamento. Ho soggiornato con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto molto bene, quindi lo consiglio a tutti.”

“Got checked in by a virtual assistant, not a person on site. Room very minimal. No extra blanket. Towels old and threadbare. Mattress very soft. Virtually no place to set anything down. ”
