Cosy little cottage
I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful spot, the cottage had all I could ask for, in a lovely garden and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It is a little further out of town, I enjoyed the walk but some might prefer to travel by car. I was there for parkrun after all, which was only another 1km up the road in the Botanic gardens, so I was perfectly placed 🙂

Conveniently yet serenely located yurt
Whilst only overnight feel very grateful to have ‘found’ this little gem. Quiet, well appointed with gorgeous garden. Cosy and clean, with thoughtful hosts. Thank you for sharing your yurt!

Cozy, comfortable, perfect setting and location. Good and useful advice received from Colin. He was always available for helpful tips. His wife kindly boiled eggs for us on her stove each morning as the cooking facilities include a microwave and barbeque. Marcelle and Johan from South Africa

Quick but delightful stay
I found this little gem and was not disappointed when we arrived. We'd never stayed in a yurt and it was just right for a quick night away. Cozy and clean. As the rain fell all night, the sound on the roof was soothing and delightful. Comfy bed and great, hot shower. Thanks Colin for your fabulous little hideaway. We'll be back sometime soon.

Just beautiful
quick one night stop over in a town we had never been to, lead to a night in this adorable yurt. Small but accommodating all your needs. Host was friendly and informative. The cottage garden and nature's own bird life music was a pleasure to relax in. We plan on staying again. Happy to recommend this property.

Cosy Yurt
We had a brief overnight stay in the yurt and it had everything that we needed: cosy, comfortable, clean in a pretty garden setting. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Indeed it is surprising what you can fit in a yurt. Bowral is a lovely place to visit.

Relaxing retreat
My partner and I stayed one night as we were going to a wedding nearby. It was such a peaceful place to stay, with a wooden cabin feel and beautiful garden surrounds. Colin was welcoming and patient with us arriving later than we anticipated. Would love to go back.

Absolutely love this place, such a best kept secret. A cosy cabin with great bathroom, kitchenette and comfy bed. It was great. Loved sitting out in the pergola, meditating and watching nature around. Only downer was the roses weren't out, it will be spectacular when they are. Big thanks to Colin a helpful host!

Quick overnight stay
Cute and clean. We stayed one night in Bowral for a wedding. The yurt was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. Despite it being a rather cold and wet night, we were toasty warm without having to even use the heater. Thanks Colin.

Easy to find, The host was helpful when checking in and explaining the property. Was a perfectly comfortable place to stay for a wedding. Quiet and though on the smaller side - had everything you need for a short stay. Would stay again.

Overnight stay in a Yurt
This was our first experience in a Yurt cabin and we were pleasantly surprised to find it a LOT more comfortable and cozy than a standard camping tent. The host couple are very pleasant and accommodating and had provided for the common necessities in a thoughtful and comprehensive manner. I would definitely recommend them.

The Yurt should have been a unique experience but unfortunately there were a few little things Very very dark inside, bed cover needed to be brighter. Windows were filthy - dead flies , cobwebs and glass needed cleaning. We drive a Subaru outback , anything bigger would not have fitted. Bathroom and kitchenette spotless . I would have loved a face washer and a handrail outside for ease to get up step I did enjoy staying there and hopefully with my suggestions the overall appearance will improve

Yurt accommodation in Bowral
The yurt was very clean and well equipped, however the information should have cautioned anyone medium height or above that they would have to duck. (My husband is tall and the door into yurt but perhaps more significantly, into the bathroom and the height of the mirror were all only really suitable for someone short like myself.) The location was also a bit further from the centre of town than we expected. Having said all that, it was beautifully clean and well equipped, in a lovey garden. The very limited space was well used.

Private recharge.
My wife and I needed a quiet place for a few days to unwind and refresh after a very busy few months. This was ideal as the yurt was quaint, private and our host Colin was very friendly and helpful while not being intrusive. We loved our time here.
