“Terrible customer service. Front desk are not trained and just tell customer inaccurate information. I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer. “Stay was fine EXCEPT the cleaning crew entered our room at 1001 am. My wife was walking naked out of the shower when the cleaning lady walked in. Necer in all my years has this happened. And am now calling thier coperate office about this ”

“We were initially very happy with the suite, as it had a living area, kitchen, and bedroom. However, the bathroom had serious issues. During the shower, the water in the tub rose to ankle level, and afterward the entire floor was covered in water. The sink also filled up quickly and drained very slowly.
