Hotel vicino a White Pine Winery - Saint Joseph

“The location of Boulevard Inn is perfect! We requested and received an upper floor Park view room with a fantastic view of Lake Michigan and the sunset. We were on the 6th floor, our room was clean, and housekeeping readily available if neeed. The restaurant provided a nice continental breakfast of yogurts, juices, fresh fruit and a different hot item daily. Friendly staff. Only complaint is their pillows were too lumpy/ hard, but if you bring your own, not an issue! Would definitely...

“Last minute stop; price was ok as we just slept and got up and left. Nighttime desk attendant very nice and helpful at 10:00pm. Room was a room, no usb plugs or anything but bed decent and room livable. AC was cold.”

There was little to no assistance from the staff to accommodate guests or address their immediate needs during the interruption. “The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. “The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up.”
