“It was a great hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Stayed one night to visit Salem. It was a perfect location..”

“The room was generally clean, but the amenities were terrible. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. There were reusable fillable containers that were empty.. We had no toilet paper. I had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels and we just made do with the one bar of soap we were given. The bed was fine. There is a refrigerator. The breakfast was awful. The coffee maker wasn’t working and then by the time they got it working it was basically Sanka/some powdered coffee mix. ”

“La struttura è confortevole, dotata di alcuni servizi piacevoli come la piscina e il campetto di basket. Magari si potrebbe pensare a rendere piu agevole l'accesso dalle unita abitative piu esterne e lontane dalla reception nei giorni di cattive condizioni climatiche.”

“Great bed, super comfortable. Love that it had a fully stocked kitchen. Only regret was that our room was on the basement level and the noise from People overhead was significant. But good overall. ”

“Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that.”

“The tv didn’t turn on at all and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The refrigerator was filled with water from being broken. The towels were not properly cleaned as we found boogers on one of the towels. Def would not recommend a stay here. Very disappointing to say the least. ”

“My experience was pretty bad. They were playing music till one in the morning. You could hear the base in my room.All night my tub would not drain when I took a shower and then a lady knocked on my door at nine o'clock to ask me if I drove a certain car and I did not.And I told them what I drove never again”

“My daughter and I stayed at The Cabot Lodge, on 4/14/26, for an overnight stay, before a college tour at Endicott College. I originally wanted to stay at the hotel on the grounds of Endicott College, but no rooms were available. In the end, I was glad that we didn’t get a room on the college grounds. We decided on The Cabot Lodge, since it was close to the college and appeared to be located in an area that had a lot to do (walkable area). There is no parking, but municipal parking was behind...
