I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. “Friendly and helpful staff. Nice gym. Restaurants and therapeutic massage business inside and around the building. Pool was too cold, but everything else they could do was great. The street noise and trash is out of their control, just expect it if you are staying there. ”
