Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale Fisher Mall - Manila

“Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!”

“Great hotel.”

“Piacevole, struttura molto grande, affollata, ma efficiente. La zona è tranquilla nonostante tutto”

“Camera spaziosa, pulita. Comodo accesso diretto al centro commerciale.”

“Room with mold in the bathroom especially around the shower ! Reception staff needs to trained and develop the sense of urgency! Took 20 minutes for the check out! Polite people but need to be trained! Room service : most of the food in the menu not available! Food quality average! Housekeeping service to be improved! Lobby very impressive! Maintenance of the rooms pretty shabby ”

“It was a last minute booking. The location was very good. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast selections could be improved. The room was clean and well maintained.”

“Housekeeping was not efficient”

“Hotel moderno, estremamente pulito, personale gentile e preparato. Un po "rumoroso" il servizio di pulizia stanze la mattina: se si resta a dormire un po di più, la voce troppo alta nei corridoi ti sveglierà continuamente!”

“We had a great experience. The pillows are so fluffy, too high for comfortable sleeping. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Good”

“Was ok place very clean place”

“That's okay”

“There was no washcloth in my room. There were towels though. The breakfast is good, make sure to include it in your hotel stay as it is an optional package.”

“Friendly staff”

“Average hotel but what surprised me a lot are the guards...They are so helpful and attentive to guests needs and always with smiling faces each time I was near..best examples for the management of this hotel, to be applied to the rest of the staff...but overall for me it's Ok”
