"The view I love the view"

"We absolutely loved it here and would come back! Let me start off by saying I booked this place based on the photos and then read the reviews .. there were a lot of negative ones that caught my attention and I was nervous about staying there. HOWEVER, I was shocked by how amazing our stay was. We arrived around 10:30am and knew we had to wait until 4pm for check-in (as says on the website and app when you book. You can pay more for early arrival) we were directed to the change room and then the pool and beach. As a housekeeping manager I tend have high standards for room cleanliness and overall appearance of the room … they were all met. We were in room 222 and it was great. Only thing I would suggest is cleaning the grout / caulking on the bathroom wall and floor. Long story short we came for quietness and to stay mainly on the resort, we did walk the 30 min to the pier and also took and Uber to Target…. I say all that to say if you’re looking for a high traffic place that is walking distance to stores and clubs this is not that it’s a distance from tourist places therefore making it calm and tranquil. Thanks. "

"The staff at the front desk were SO RUDE and not able to accomadate ANY of our request. The walls are paper thin, we could hear kids runnig on the hallways at 6 am and screaming in their rooms. So much for peaceful getaway. Won't go back even though the area is so beautiful. We will try another place next time."
