Precedentemente noto come "Ski 5." Di nuova proprietà con pulizia approfondita e aggiornamenti in corso. Fuga perfetta per una famiglia o un grande gruppo di amici! Questa bellissima casa con 6 camere da letto si trova proprio sul lago e offre viste meravigliose dal soggiorno e da due camere matrimoniali. Rilassati e goditi la vista dal grande ponte che è stato fatto per intrattenere, il piano superiore privato proiettato nella veranda o il molo che è ottimo per la pesca. Sentiti libero di legare la tua barca al molo durante il tuo soggiorno (l'ascensore non è disponibile). Goditi il tavolo da ping pong nella sala da sole o scegli uno dei nostri giochi da tavolo per giocare all'enorme tavolo da pranzo.

Con 6 camere da letto, c'è molto spazio per tutti. Il livello superiore ha 1 master suite con un letto matrimoniale e 1 master suite con un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale con un letto a castello. Ci sono tre camere da letto al piano inferiore con un letto matrimoniale. La camera da letto principale al piano superiore ha accesso al piano superiore schermato in veranda con vista sul lago e bagno privato. Questa camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto per ospitare ulteriori posti letto. La master suite ha una seconda cucina e un letto king size nella camera da letto. La suite ha anche un bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio e accesso alla veranda protetta.

Charlie's Place si trova in una tranquilla comunità di golf, Tanglewood Shores. Avrai accesso all'area ricreativa all'interno della nostra comunità. Qui puoi mettere le barche in acqua. Questo parco comunitario ha anche una piscina, un parco giochi, un riparo coperto con grill, un campo da pallavolo e da basket. C'è l'accesso al campo da golf a 9 buche e una piscina condominiale a pagamento. I negozi di alimentari e il porto turistico si trovano nelle vicinanze. This house was perfect for my family of 9, ages 70 to 3. The most interesting thing about this visually appealing, well-appointed house is that each of the two levels is a complete living area. Each level has three bedrooms, two complete baths, a fully stocked kitchen, living room area with TV and an enclosed porch facing the lake. The boat- house dock was adequate for the pontoon boat we rented, and fish are easily caught from the dock. Use lite line, very small hook, worms and a boober and you'll catch fish near the vegetation to the right of the boat house early and late in the day. Adam is a great host, and we hope to rent this property again next year.

Peace and Quiet in a spacious house

Our family had a wonderful stay in this house close to the lake. It was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake from the top screened in porch, on the large deck or at the fire pit.

Fantastic Family Space for Vacation

So much to love about our stay here! Room for everyone, with two full kitchens was ideal for our group. We were traveling with our parents, so having the separate living space for them to retire to was ideal. Plenty of spaces to spread out and and be together - Outstanding for our group of 9 ranging in age from 31 to 85! We spent a lot of time on the dock, and floating in the water reconnecting. We brought our own "floaties" but there were plenty of options there. Several kayak trips were taken. Just want to note that the water is shallow at the end of the dock and in the entire cove. Definitely cannot jump/dive into the water, but we all adjusted just fine since we're grown ups! A GREAT vacation was had by all, and our host Adam was amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome house with us!

Great House on a Tranquil Lake

This was our 2nd year at this house and for the 2nd year it was excellent. The owners, Adam and Ana, do a great job in maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the house. There is ample room for the entire family to spread out. The cover dock is perfect to hang, read a book and have a few drinks. The lake is terrific to swim, kayak or just float on a tube. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Fun with friends

The house was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the separate kitchen and living room upstairs if you wanted to get away from the main area for quiet time. Fun with the kayaks the dock and boathouse was clean. Large deck/patio.would book again without hesitation.

Great Get Away

We were very happy with this property. Large enough and beautiful views. Kids enjoyed ping pong and swimming and we enjoyed having enough space for everyone. Will likely book again. Great communication. Parking is limited but we were able to make it work.

Pure Perfection

We had a great visit with our children and grandchildren. Our family boat was a great hit and the children wave boarded, went tubing, and enjoyed the water. There are panoramic views of the beautiful lake from the rear of the property. You can swim, float and hang out by the dock. Very spacious house that housed 13 of us very well. All the children and grandchildren said it was one of the best vacations our family has taken. Enjoy!

80th birthday family reunion

This 6-bedroom home allowed us to all gather for a multi-generational family birthday. The house offers lots of space for everyone to have room for activities: 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a glass enclosed porch with ping pong table, a screened porch, a large dining area and expansive decks. There is a dock to tie up a rental boat. The owner supplied toys for kids, lots of videos to watch during quiet times, and all of the dishes, glasses and appliances you could need. The house is in good shape though the driveway is difficult to navigate. We all had a good time and the owner was wonderful to deal with.

Lake stay

Large, beautiful property that is well taken care of. But, if you tow a boat it is a hard place to store it on the trailer. Otherwise it is spacious and very easily accommodates multiple families and has a nice sprawling outdoor area and dock.

Lake Getaway

We needed a place to celebrate 3 April birthdays...with 3 separate family groups. There were 8 of us so there was plenty of room for all of us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Two kitchens and two living rooms. We spent the time swimming in the lake, kayaking, playing ping pong, and playing games. We all had a great time!

GREAT Week at Lake Gaston

Our two sons, their wives and three very young grandchildren (5, 3 & 6 mos,) were very comfortable because of complete “apartments” upstairs & downstairs. The outside areas gave us plenty of options for socializing, especially the fire pit and the boathouse/dock. We anchored a large floating mat away from the dock, and it became a perfect swimming area for the kids and adults. We also enjoyed the two kayaks to explore the lake. It was ALL LAKE ALL THE TIME!

The Lake

Loved the home gave us plenty of space for all our family. Easy access to the lake and loved the covered dock for hanging out. Our issue was the driveway. It did not work for us. Too steep and not enough room for parking. Also it would be very helpful to have the house number posted some where. The host was very responsive and very easy to deal with. Terrific Lake Front House

What a great house right on the water. For 8 adults and a toddler, there was plenty of space to spread and not be on top of each other. The owners, Adam and Ana, have done a terrific job in making the home feel comfy. The house was clean and in good working condition. The dock was a nice size to just hang and having the 2 kayaks was very handy. We loved it so much, already booked to return next year. Dates starting to fill up. Thanks Adam and Ana!!

Embracing Bracey

I wish I could have given the location 4.5 stars instead of 4 since it was only minor and typical issues with the surroundings. The home was terrific and very clean for a place that allows pets. I suffer this issue because my wife has to bring our 7 lb. yorkie mix with the family gatherings. Yes there are some things that are being worked on, but for a seasonal lake house it's kept up very well. The driveway is gravel and a bit steep, so it's probably best to back down since there's very little to no turn around room once you and a second car arrive. You can bury a 3rd car and use 2 easily, when facing out. there is a spot on top for a boat trailer as well. The lake was shallow and very warm in mid July. The water was a little murky. The bottom was more firm out off the end of the dock and a much better swim area. Shopping was an 18 minute drive to a Food Lion in Littleton, NC. The owner I spoke to "Adam" was both friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

Perfect House!!

Our group of 13, 3 families, had an absolute blast. 2 kitchens is perfect for storage and cooking. The boat dock was great for playing, floating, etc. I genuinely can’t think of anything I would change or ask for with this house! Owner Adam was great in all aspects of the rental process. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful

What a beautiful home, boat house, screened in deck, and property in general. So many things to talk about: the bedrooms, the two kitchens, the cleanliness of everything. It all compares to a 5 star hotel suite but more than all of that I have to say that one of the best experiences was the flexibilityy, the kindness, the concern and the overall hospitality of the host. Adam dosn't seem like he's even in it for the money but instead for the joy he's able to offer to others by offering his home. Wonderful lake house!

We had a wonderful family vacation! There was so much space to enjoy. If you needed some quiet or wanted to play a group game, there were always places to go. We loved swimming off the dock, the kayaks and boating. Even though it rained most of the week, we still had fun playing ping pong, games and visiting. The kitchens were very well stocked and the upstairs porch was great to be able to enjoy outside even in the rain. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again!

Graduation

The place was perfect! We were there for our Grandson's Graduation. With the 2 separate living areas 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs, was very helpful for my husband & I who are much older than the rest. We could stay upstairs and enjoy the peace and quiet and go downstairs and join the family when ready. Location Great, 2 minutes from our grandson's house. Boathouse dock and swimming (or I should say floating) in the lake were very relaxing. Would definitely go back!!
