“This is our 4th trip to the island and to this property. For our family of 4 this is perfect. The house is always clean and inviting. Beach access is so close and with all the toys, chairs and umbrellas it makes the long days at the beach go by easy. We can’t wait for our trip next year!”

“The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. “Great location! Everything was nice. Only suggestions are for more/newer beach chairs and newer pillows. Ones in master were very flat. Could also use a larger frying pan. Not easy to cook for 6 in the sizes provided.”

“We loved this house!!! It was clean and very nice. It was so bright and sunny. We loved everything about this home. The beach access was so close and an easy walk. The backyard was beautiful, and we enjoyed being out there!! The view of the gulf from the top deck was beautiful!! We would love to stay here again!!!!”

“This Vrbo was everything it stated it would be. We enjoyed our long weekend throughly. The only little hiccup was that the person who took care of the maintenance of the pool and hot tub was scheduled the next morning. I would definitely refer this property to others.”

“Place was good. Pool is one building over but also nice. Place was short of glasses and we were surprised by the lack of any spices, such as salt and pepper. It was nice to have starter pack for laundry, dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels. Good stay.”

“Overall absolutely loved the house. Big enough for us all to spread out. Rented a golf cart to take us around the island for the week. Quiet street at night. However, we were there when a lot of road work was being done on the dead end street. It was a slight inconvenience. Would recommend for families to stay here. Shed in back was filled with all the beach gear you need! Pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach.”

“We stayed at this property together as sisters with our mother. The property was in excellent condition and exactly as advertised. We stayed at this property due to all of us wanting our own rooms and the privacy was well worth it! We’d love to go back next year with more family to stay at the adjacent unit. The property manager never took more than 10 mins to respond to questions and was very communicative. We hope to be back soon!”

“Our family (7 adults) recently stayed at Marmalade Mermaid and loved it! Walking distance to our favorite beach as well as our favorite shopping, dining, nigh life locations. House had plenty of room and we loved having 3 full baths as well as an outdoor shower and hot tub. All that and being right across the street from the beach made it the prefect place for our family vacation. We will be back! Dave M”
