Adorable 1-bedroom condo in beautiful Bradenton Beach with AC

  • I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a studio condo with a kitchenette. It has a king size bed, cozy chairs and a kitchenette with one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

    The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. The room is on the ground floor so no stairs to climb! A short walk to the pool and the beach.

    It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

    Within the condo; it's a 1 bedroom, has a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and mini fridge. There is one bathroom with shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv and free wifi.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I! Located in walking distance to Bridge Street and just steps from the beach. Enjoyed the chairs available on the beach and it made it so convenient! Room and property were clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

It definitely is not a condo by most defiinitions but was adequate for what I needed. A closet would have been nice or at least somewhere to hang things. Great location!

We had a great time at John’s rental, as it was a big trip for us - a birthday and a proposal on the beach (she did say yes, by the way). We had everything we needed and the only thing I would recommend is a white noise machine (which we take with us anyway) to drown out conversations from next door.

We have stayed in this particular complex three times. We like the location-it is not on the busy end, but easy access to the beach and Bridge Street. We always get a car, but the free trolley stops right at the complex. Free parking is nice too. The pool is very nice even though we prefer the beach. The complex provides chairs on the beach and each of the spaces we have been in had a beach umbrella (including this one). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The entry to the room is by a code which I loved so we didn't have to carry a key (the other spaces we stayed in the complex were all hard keys).

Close to the water but not on the water like one of the pics make you think. You can’t even see the water from the room. Pics were deceiving. You can’t see anything from the room except fence. Room and property was clean. Walls are paper thin and could hear the people in the room next to me talking. You could things being moved around in the rooms.

While there was not a closet, there were hangers and you could hang lite weight clothes on hooks over the windows. The condo had everything needed to cook ( microwave), prepare knives, and eat, Plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, coffee mugs. Plenty of fresh cleaned towels, 4 for the beach also. The bed was super comfortable, air conditioner worked great and additional 2 ceiling fans kept the unit chilly! The floaty tubes, umbrella for beach and easy access to 2 beach chairs were a fantastic addition. We used those daily. Distance to the beach, a short and I mean short walk. Can’t recommend this place enough. The only potential downside was no beach view from inside the room. But, we were on the beach within 2 minutes every day!! Sunsets were magical.

Fantastic stay - directly across the street from the beach (with beach chairs and an umbrella) and easy access to the pool! Walking distance to a number of restaurants. The only complaint is that the vacation ended too soon! We will be back!!
