VERY recently updated unit that, overall, was nice. Positives: right across the street from Bradenton Beach, walkable distance to Bridge street, dining, and shopping. Clean with new couch and dining furniture, updated kitchen appliances and counters. Pool is large and warm with ample seating - pool house was still under renovation (from last year’s hurricanes, we presume). Lovely little patio that looks out towards the bay. Nice fishing dock with seating. The only major drawbacks were the second bedroom and doorwall curtains. When we booked the unit the pictures/description showed/described the second bedroom as having two beds but after they updated, there is only one bed. The curtains across the doorwall are very sheer, so hoping those get updated as well, as privacy was an issue since we were forced to use the pullout couch as a third bed. Positive: Management company was very willing to work with us to make the situation right. Check pics to make sure they’re updated to reflect current updates - there is less seating in the family room since the update as there is just one couch now. Overall, would stay here again.
