MAGLIETTI MAGNIFICI - GIORNI RIPETUTI

Questo bellissimo condominio moderno è direttamente sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. La vista è incredibile. Tutta la spiaggia di sabbia bianca è un nastro d'acqua blu del teal circa 100 - 200 piedi larghi. Oltre a ciò, l'acqua si trasforma in un profondo colore blu scuro ricco. Ogni tanto vedrete che i delfini nuotano nell'area dell'acqua blu e sono creature graziose. Guardare il tramonto sul Golfo del Messico è una vera gioia. Camminare miglio su miglio di sabbia bianca in polvere.

Godetevi questo bellissimo studio condominio, che è direttamente sulla spiaggia ed è privato e tranquillo. C'è un balcone privato in cui è possibile leggere un libro o godersi un pasto cucinato proprio nel condominio. Nuotate nelle calde acque del Golfo o usate la piscina riscaldata privata se preferite.

Il nostro monolocale dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, con 2 fuochi a legna, frigorifero full size con congelatore e un forno a microonde. C'è un letto king size, divano letto estraibile e ottomana, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e servizio internet. È ben arredata e super pulita. Il servizio di biancheria è incluso, ma è necessario portare il proprio teli da spiaggia.

C'è un carrello gratuito che ti porterà intorno all'isola di Anna Maria e le altre chiavi per vedere cose come gallerie d'arte, teatro dal vivo, ristoranti e boutique. Noleggiare un SEGWAY o un carrello da golf nelle vicinanze per divertimento. Pesci fuori un molo. Riposo e Relax.

Abbia un bicchiere di vino sul tuo balcone / patio privato e guarda il tramonto sul Golfo.

Good location

Reasonable place to stay. Its basically a studio. Its not central air so the unit struggled to cool the room evenly. No quality umbrellas for the beach. Keep in mind the beach amenities when traveling. Toilet paper was so thin. Had to buy real toilet paper. Its cozy. We were not in there much of the time. Pool is nice.

Great getaway

Property was nice. The swimming pool was nice and well-kept. They provided chairs and loungers that you could take to the beach which was very nice. You just have to bring them back and access to the beach was wonderful. You’re very close just a few steps away and you’re right there at the beautiful water. Beaches were perfect

Amazing Beachfront Location

This property was exactly as advertised! Right on the beach, walk steps straight out to the clear waters. Short drive to local restaurants and Bridge Street. We'll be back!

Great location

We loved waking up to the beach right out the window. Great location with plenty of options within walking distance to eat which was nice for us because we did not rent a car. Beach was not crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs available for beach use (we didn’t mind pulling them out there and returning when we came in). There were beach towels, an umbrella and a few beach chairs in our room. We used the free trolley to get around and there are several stops very close to here. Great for a quick beach getaway for us!

Bradenton Beach FL

Although the unit itself inside was clean and appeared to be updated, the building and grounds were just old and in need of some serious updating. And we felt that the pool area etc should have been more secure.... anyone off the beach or street could come into the area.. Also, no washers and dryers on premises. And no oven ad ad stated. It is our own fault for staying that long. But really only suitable for a few days.

Great location

We love love the location for just the 2 of us. This was the first time we’ve been to AMI without 5 adult kids!! The bed is a little soft, but we still rested pretty well. We would absolutely stay again!

Wanted some beach time.

The place looked like the picture for sure but it was smaller than expected. Main room was fine but the bath room needs a good coat of paint and some updating. My first impression as I was using the elevator to take up luggage was not positive. French Fries on the floor with bugs, very dirty and was still the same as we left 2 days later. First thing my husband did once we were in the room was check to see if the TV worked. It would turn on but you couldn't change the channel up and down to see what was on. He called the number we were told to call and spoke to "an answering service, it seemed" and someone was supposed to get back with us. They never did. We never saw anyone at the front office but the sign said to go next door to the Dream Inn. We did and the gal said she would send over the maintenance man with another remote. Never saw him. So first impressions were not good at all. We walked on the beach that evening, which was wonderful, wiped our feet before going in the room barefooted. When I went to sit on the bed and looked at my feet, they were filthy. My only conclusion was that the floor was that dirty. yes, our feet were sandy from the beach but not filthy. the floor was tile and didn't appear dirty but it must have been. So, loved the beach and AMI but wouldn't stay here again, especially not for the cost of the room for 2 nights.

Ocean view property

Property is on the ocean front. We had good time watching the ocean with a cup of tea from the patio. Property is clean, has a swimming pool and they also provide with the chairs to use at the beach. It has a small kitchen with utensils.

Location was excellent. Building was in need of maintenance and cleaning.

Check in was easy. I was charged for travel insurance which I declined on paperwork I submitted. Unit was clean, balcony although dated with excellent views and location. Would suggest including some basics like small size shampoo, soap, dish towels, coffee filters, salt and pepper.

Location Location Location. What a beautiful sunset view! Looking directly to the west, over the Gulf. The room was comfortable but it could use a "Junk drawer". No paper, pencil, pen. Maybe a bottle opener? Coffee measure? Listing said there was washer and dryer on premises. Nope! While we were there the pool was closed for a few days. Heater was not heating the pool. Other than those things, pretty nice.

Very solid accommodation, right on the beach

Loved being right on the beach, the property as you can prob tell from pics a older but the unit we stayed in was fully updated with new kitchen, crown molding, etc. Nice having a balcony, nice clean little pool in back of building. If I was giving the property mgr a little feedback....leave an extra one of those mini bars of soap and one of those mini bottles of shampoo for guests. Also, previous guest had had fish in fridge or freezer and smell was a little pungent. But overall nice room and property

If you need a place to lay your head. That’s all you getting. Great beach view and closeness. Limited in amenities and upgraded features. Everything was limited . No dishwasher. No sponge to wash dishes. Linen was old, pull out beds not operable. Very basic and dated. Would not stay here again.
