The unit was clean and in a great location. The bathroom was exceptionally small and would be unuseable for larger persons. All in all it was great value and we enjoyed the stay.

Such a super cute spot. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Was perfect amount of room, no issues at all. The perfect amount of low key character. Maybe the only draw back, but nothing really should even be mentioned; was the size of the shower. We really didn’t need to bother Lynn at all, but she was very quick to communicate with me before ever arriving. So I am positive she would been available. Totally recommend this cute spot, with a view outside that was amazing and real close to restaurants and others. If you wanted beach access, gorgeous beach is right across the street.

We couldn't have been more pleased and delighted with our stay at Lynn's place! It is the perfect place in the perfect location, and Lynn is an attentive and friendly host. The apartment is clean, well appointed and equipped, has a VERY comfortable bed mattress, and is just the right size, located in a very friendly, neighborly, and caring community of regular "snowbirds." AND it is literally right across the street from a beautiful public beach, as well as just a block away from a stop for the free trolley. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

So close to the beach!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The rental is small and quaint. It was the perfect size for the two of us. It is right across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars.

The location was perfect for us - across from a fishing pier where we saw manatee and various fish. A block and a half from cute shops and a variety of restaurants and ice cream. A 2 minute drive to beautiful Coquina public beach. Lynn answered quickly - we had no questions about check-in. Very clean. Everything there we needed to store food, cook, shower, and sleep. We even had beach chairs and umbrella at our disposal. Lynn, our host, was a joy to rent from. We’ll be back.

Check-in was easy. The host was great with suggestions for what to do before our late flight home. The house was perfect for two people. The view? Wow! Right across from the beach. One night we didn't even cross the street for the sunset, just stepped out our door and had an amazing view. Would definitely stay here again.

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this amazing rental! Communication with Lynn was a breeze and the location is perfect. The apartment was spotless with everything I needed in the kitchen. The bed is so comfortable- I slept like a log! There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag/cooler. I also have to mention that the water pressure was to die for! I loved everything about this great rental and I plan on coming back next year!

Location was great! Beach was beautiful! The host, Lynn was very friendly, and helpful with our early arrival. Would definitely stay there again, but I would look into staying in the A unit for more space, and view.
