Gather your loved ones and prepare to make memories that will last a lifetime at this dual home listing that provides large groups and families the ability to rent our 2 homes that are directly next to each other. 2 homes equals double the fun where up to 21 guests can comfortably sleep. Both homes are situated just a short distance from IMG Academy, downtown Bradenton and the breathtaking beaches of Anna Maria Island. Each house has its own private pool, fenced in backyards, mini golf, and game rooms!

There is plenty of parking for 4 cars in the driveway in each house.

• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.

• Please note that a $75 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.

• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.

Great for Family Gatherings

We rented both houses for an eight day family celebration. The larger house was our Gathering Place. As it has four "zones": living room, kitchen, large family room and a very large pool and patio area we were able to spread out and do our separate things: swim, play, play pool, cook, talk, and work on jigsaw puzzles. I didn't stay in the house next door but the family with small children loved having a "getaway" for naps and such. When awake they could literally run over to the big house for pool time with the grownups. We enjoyed having lots of room, two washers and dryers, a quiet neighborhood and being a stone's throw to Publix! Thank you.
