Questa casa con angolo cottura è completamente attrezzata per la vita quotidiana. L'area della piscina è completamente schermata per la vostra protezione e privacy e la piscina è riscaldata dal sole.
Questa proprietà splendidamente arredata e decorata con gusto offre tutti i comfort di casa in un ambiente sereno e tranquillo.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con una grande cabina armadio. Il bagno ha un bagno separato con vasca e servizi igienici.
La seconda camera ha un divano letto - quattro funzioni - divano, letto singolo, letto matrimoniale e soluzione di archiviazione e tutti i nuovi mobili con un armadio. La terza camera ha due letti singoli con una grande cabina armadio.

    Excellent location and place. Communication with Darina and Tomas was easy, they were always available if needed. Welcome basket with kitchen items, toiletries were provided. I stayed for over a month and never had any issues. Thank you very much, look forward to staying here for a vacation and not just for work!!

    Nice Home, Close to Anna Maria Island

    The hime was comfortable and very close to the island. Owners were friendly and easy to get ahold of. Our only problem was difficulty getting in and out of pool and showers. Handrail and shower bars would make things easier.

    Excellent location in a super area of Bradenton just 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island and close to numerous beaches. Villa was spacious spotlessly clean with a supurb solar heated pool. Garden area was well maintained and pleasing on the eye. Hosts were really friendly,helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. This is a gem of a property and afforded us one of our best holidays ever.

    Better than expected

    While the pictures looked lovely, they do not do this property justice. We have visited Bradenton many times over the years and this was by far one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed at. The owners clearly take pride in their properties. We even had the opportunity to meet the owner during our visit and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. It is well stocked and was more than adequate for our family of four. We will definitely be returning!

    Dieses Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen.Die Lage ist absolut top, kurze Wege zum Einkauf und Restaurants und nur ein paar Minuten zu den Traumstränden von Anna Maria Island.Das Haus befindet sich in einem super sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand.Im Haus befindet sich alles dort wo es sein soll.Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen.Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind von der Größe ausreichend und auch super gepflegt.Die schön möblierte Terrasse war außerdem noch mit Liegestühlen bestückt die ein verweilen am Pool noch gemütlicher machten.Ein Gasgrill gehörte ebenso zur Terrasse,dieser befand sich auch in einem top Zustand.In der Garage befand sich alles was man für einen Strandbesuch brauchte selbstverständlich auch in Top Zustand.Handtücher waren reichlich vorhandenen zur Begrüßung gab es ein kleines Willkommenspaket.VermieterTomas stand uns jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite einen Service den man heutzutage leider nur noch selten findet.Insgesamt könnte man für das Haus und Tomas noch einen 6.Stern vergeben, absolute Oberklasse in jeder Beziehung. Großes Dankeschön an Tomas für alles, wir kommen sicher wieder !!!

    House was very clean, easy to get into, pool was absolutely beautiful & warm. Had to call the host, was very prompt in getting back to us and the issue was taken care of very quickly. Very good location to the stores . Hope to return next year for our vacation to the warm climate.

    Great home! Whole family enjoyed it!

    Great home overall! Highly recommend it for families! Very close to supermarkets and local eatery which was very convenient for our family. Anna Maria beach was just a 15 min drive away which was the main reason for booking this home. About 1 hour to Tampa and 2 hours to Orlando. Great pool area with the extra table and seats. There was also an outdoor shower area which was great for rinsing off prior to entering the pool and after we arrived from the beach. The home is very spacious and was clean prior to our arrival. Home had all the major supplies we needed for our stay, as was listed on description, (plenty of beach and bath towels, kitchen and BBQ utensils, a extra sheets and pillows etc.). Some extra little things we bought we left at the home for the next guest. We did mention with the owner that the air filter of the home needed to be replaced and that there was some extra sand in the pool that was there prior to arrival that perhaps the pool filter wasn't picking up. Other than that, great price and great home for any family that is looking for an affordable stay in a nice home. Thank you!

    Family Fun Close to the Beach

    This house offered everything a family could use for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the lanai/pool area each evening for dinner. The grill was a great addition (we added a metal spatula) for the next visitor. The owner has chairs, an umbrella, coolers, towels, and toys for the beach. That was extremely convenient. The bedrooms are all split from one another, so that was nice too. If you plan on cooking a lot at the house, we would recommend buying extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, and paper towels. We also ended up buying a few extra rolls of toilet paper. The location of the house is fantastic! It is close to Wal-Mart and Publix. There is a really nice park right down the road. It only took 15 minutes to get to the beach. Keep in mind to avoid the crowd, we got there before 9 in the morning. We absolutely loved the house. In fact, we are highly considering a move the the area.

    Perfect for our family

    This was a great home for our family of 5. Plenty of space and the pool was amazing! The house had great sand and pool toys. It also had chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Overall, a great place to spend a week or two. It was located in the middle of several great beaches!

    Wonderful Time

    We had a very nice time. We loved the house. It had everything we needed for our stay. Mostly we loved the owner and family. If needed anything or had any problems or questions; they where their to help. It was nice to have the owners so close to us to address any of our needs. Not like owners who live across the United States or in another country and you have to go thru a third party.

    Two words BED BUGS!!!!

    This property was the gift that kept on giving. We were in Bradenton for my son as he attended IMG Academy for baseball training. At first we were pleased with the overall cleanliness of the property and the low price was very attractive. Initially we were over-joyed with the accommodations, the pool was great and the washer and dryer were well up to par. It wasn’t until our 5th night or so we started to notice these tiny bite marks on myself and my husband. Assuming it was a mosquito we didn’t pay it any attention. When we awoke on night five with over 15 bites in weird patterns on our bodies we grew very concerned. It takes a few days for the bites of these little critters to start to inflame and itch and when they did we were scratching all over the place. In addition by day 5 the pool was a murky green color that didn’t allow the boys to swim any longer. I contacted the owner to inform him of the problem in the master bedroom and guest bed (thank God the children’s room was not affected) he insisted that it was ants and not bed bugs ! My husband, nanny, and myself are covered in bite marks that are unbelievably itchy and irritated. I then read up on the bedbugs and found they have a tendency to travel back home with you so I had to have mine and my nanny’s home inspected to ensure we were ok. In the end the owner found that refunding us $200 for our trouble would suffice. I found it to be very insulting considering I am convered in little bumps that keep us up during the night. I took photos and documented my experience in detail. By all means if I could rate this property lower than a 1 star I would.
