This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home comfortably sleeps 10 and is an excellent location for a Florida Vacation! The single-family home is located in Bradenton and is situated in a community called "Sabal Harbor". The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also a close drive to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and I-75. The property is conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, WAWA, and several restaurants in the area!

A Wave From It All is a very spacious home with plenty of room for entertaining and has a refreshing ocean vibe throughout the whole house. The living room offers a large sectional sofa along with a Smart TV mounted on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or sporting events or just relaxing with your friends and family. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home and is fully equipped for your stay. Enjoy cooking on the grill? A propane grill is available for use as well to complete the perfect BBQ!

The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating to hang out on a beautiful Florida day. You also have access to a propane fire pit which offers the perfect place to enjoy at night. If you are interested in heating the pool that can be added for an additional charge!

As part of the Sabal Harbour community, you'll have access to an array of fantastic amenities. Enjoy a friendly game of tennis or basketball on the community courts, take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the scenic roads, or let the little ones have fun at the community playground. Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located in the front of the property with a view of the pool and offers a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a large shower and tub. The additional three bedrooms are located on the right side of the property. The two bunkrooms share a full bathroom and come equipped with twin over queen bunk beds. The rear bedroom offers a king bed as well as a separate bathroom that is shared with the exterior pool area. All of the bedrooms come with smart TVs for your enjoyment!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
