La splendida serra si trova a 8 minuti dalle spiagge e vicino a ottimi ristoranti e negozi. La nuovissima piscina a gabbia ha fontane, getti e una cascata. Un bacino galleggiante per la pesca, la seduta e il kayak.

Ho costruito questa casa da solo ed è "una prima volta" per me e ho curato ogni dettaglio del design per renderlo bello e unico. Sperimenta il comfort "high-end" di questa nuovissima casa su un bellissimo lago. Soffitti a cattedrale con ogni possibile "top of the line" comfort da offrire, l'abbiamo progettato per soddisfare le vostre esigenze e riflettere la nostra vibrante e comoda posizione circostante.

La serra è costruita su misura con colori moderni, ripiani in granito color smeraldo perlato, piastrelle rustiche e mozaic e splendidi mobili di moda. Questa spaziosa casa offre relax in sistemazioni elegantemente moderne che includono; Smart TV a schermo piatto in OGNI camera, accesso Wi-Fi, giochi e giochi da tavolo Exbox, materassi nuovissimi e costosi, il tutto in un ambiente privo di fumo che è sia Pet che Handicap friendly. Ci sono due materassi ad aria "di fascia alta" queen size con un gonfiatore elettrico. Respirare le molte decorazioni di buon gusto, divertimento e moderno in tutta la casa che danno davvero l'esperienza di "casa dei sogni super FUN"!

La nostra cucina di lusso dispone di nuovissimi elettrodomestici GE e comprende anche frullatore, mixer, tostapane, pentola di coccio enorme, waffle maker, insalatiera, teiera, macchina per caffè espresso, caffettiera, K-Cup maker, spremiagrumi pesanti e molti altri ancora divertenti giochi da cucina. Il cortile "ha tutto" per la straordinaria cucina all'aperto e l'esperienza di vita. Happy Grillin '!

La posizione centrale e comoda unica è un grande vantaggio e consente molte più opzioni per esplorare e sperimentare cose più divertenti da fare, vedere e scoprire!

Our host Jackie was very nice. Explained everything accurately to have an easy check in and check out. Not far from the beach or the airport in Sarasota. Stores are easy to access and a gas station at the corner. As for the property it definitely could use some updates and a good cleaning inside and out. Outdoor furniture could definitely be changed and Lani has holes for bugs to enter. The house was stocked with a lot of kitchen items. Not many towels for swimming. No lounge chairs for tanning A ton of beach items and some pool stuff in the garage. Beds were not very comfortable. All in all the stay was just okay.

Great way to vacation Anna Marie Island

Wanted to take the family to Anna Marie Island without being crammed into a small space or paying a premium for a view. Jackie's Green House was a great option for our family. Close to a grocery store, restaurants and most of all... A private pool! My kids loved swimming every morning and evening and I loved that Jackie provided all the towels, toys and fun stuff needed for our stay.The bedrooms were perfect for our family and the bathrooms were clean and enjoyable to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed and very convenient for a large family. Next time we'll have to bring the dog!

Family Vacay

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed, even a big pot to boil crab legs!! Close to every store imagine and also to all kinds of beaches. The house had all beach supplies needed for adults and children, but the chairs are a little worn out. Plenty of towels, household items, and linens. There was 8 of us where our two little ones slept on the couches. The pool is so nice. Didnt go to the lake, but enjoyed the veiw.

The Green House

We enjoyed our 10 days in Bradenton! We only had communication with Jackie twice. once to get the instructions on how to get into the house upon arrival and again right before we left to see if possible to stay 1 extra night due to our flight. She always responded right away. i will list the things that we experienced or noticed while at the green house. The main issue that we had was the lack of privacy in the small backyard looking into the pool area. There is a short privacy fence on the one side, but none on the other side. The yards are close together and a family of 4 had just moved into the house next door. It felt uncomfortable to be in the pool area while they were out in the yard. The home was very clean and had great showers. It would be nice to have some kind of recliner at the pool area. We had to go buy a new skillet in order to make meals as the only 2 there were awful! Just a couple newer skillets would be great. There was just a couple older air mattresses for the pool that were mostly flat, but we never found a pump to use. Also, to have some kind of small radio that you could use when outside would be nice. The fishing poles she mentions in the descriptions, are not useable. No clean sponge left to use in kitchen. The garage is mostly used for old storage and items that are no longer used. Again, the biggest concern was the lack of privacy. The neighborhood had lots of garbage laying in yards in multiple areas that never got cleaned up during our stay.

Very cozy and clean

The Green House was a delight to visit. Both inside and out was immaculately clean. We loved how cozy the house was. It was stocked with everything you might need both inside and out. The salt water heated pool was a lovely surprise! We only used the king bed in the main bedroom but really enjoyed how comfortable the mattress was. The bathroom shower was luxurious! We had to leave early because of hurricane Milton but definitely want to return next year. We had to leave

Family Vacation

This property is exactly as listed and more!! Very roomy and very well stocked with extra pool towels, beach supplies in the garage, coolers things that we did not have to lug with us. Plenty of cookware, spices,has both a coffee pot and Kureg. Really just need to bring your clothes and groceries. The hosts level of communication was great she even takes the time to email you info about the area which was nice. Centrally located. Overall this is a great place to book!! Recommend

Family fun

Me my husband and 5 kids 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was great. We would stay again. Jackie was great and her house is beautiful. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and fishing in the pond. There was so many beaches really close. We loved it so much.

Best gat away ever

Me and my wife stayed at Jackie’s to be close to Anna Maria island. Between going to Anna Maria, Cortez, and Coquina beaches we were able to do it all and inbetween enjoy the pool. Everything was close and the house was very comfortable. Will def be a future guest again :)

Great Pool House in Convenient Location

Our stay at Jackie's VRBO home was very nice. The pool is wonderful and the view is fantastic. Super comfy bed, awesome water pressure comfortable furniture. This house is located close to anything you need. Jackie is very responsive to any questions you have and is such a kind person. Would recommend this location!

Relaxing

We enjoyed a relaxing week with our adult children. Multiple beach choices all within a short drive. Jackie was very helpful and responsive. Clean house with all the comforts of home. Pool with water view was also nice.

Wonderful retreat

We were very pleased with our stay in Bradenton. Jackie was a gracious host and replied to our questions and needs. The home is beautifully renovated with lovely furnishings. Kitchen had everything you needed. The highlight of our stay was being able to walk out to the screened pool and lanai and swim at leisure. We so enjoyed sitting out and watching wildlife around the pond. Our golden doodle enjoyed sitting out there as well-she had freedom to roam around the fenced backyard! The only negative was all the speeding cars going up and down the street, which was posted at 25 mph! The road is residential but no sidewalks so walking our dog was tricky and not enjoyable. But the house and pool in enclosed backyard made up for this! We would definitely come back-thank you Jackie!

Fun and great location

The house and owners were great. The guys spent most of our time deep sea fishing. The ladies enjoyed the pool, the house, shopping and dining on Anna Maria and in Bradenton. Good times we’re had by all.

Great House and even better heated salt water pool !!!!

Beautiful house and the pool is wonderful (even on cool days/nights). Spectacular sunsets from the pool. Owners respond quickly to any issue and correct it. The only downside is that the neighborhood does not have sidewalks, so walk at your own risk.

Perfect location

We loved our stay here! The house and pool were excellent and well kept. We felt relaxed and comfortable there as our home base while visiting all the local beaches and shops. It’s the perfect distance from everything. If you’re looking for a retreat this is the place!
