Perfect large home for a group, wonderful location!

Our family have a wonderful stay at this property. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms! We were expecting a pull-out in one room, but were pleased to find a full bed in there! It was very clean upon arrival, host is great to communicate with, and accommodated early cheek in, and all our other questikns.

All the comfort of home…

A perfect location in Bradenton! Downtown is close, grocery is close, fish markets are close, the Gulf of Mexico is close, the botanical garden is close and more importantly the house is great. The kitchen is nicely equipped, the beds are comfortable, the living areas are both inviting with large sofas, and the pool is wonderful and refreshing. Communication with the owner was quick when needed. I don’t think you could ask for more!!

Great for a group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have been visiting the area for 40 years and have stayed in a variety of homes, condos, and hotels. This property is close enough to all the places we love visiting (Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Ringling Museum, Bishop Museum, and our favorite restaurants), large enough for multiple generations, and has a pool. We were very pleased and look forward to returning.

Family reunion

My family and I had an excellent stay at this property in Florida. It was very clean and decorated nice. It is within short drive of Anna Marie Island shopping and beach. The neighborhood is a bird sanctuary- saw lots of blue jays, cardinals, lizards and squirrels. The place is in a walkable location- within a quiet neighborhood. There was a Publix very close to neighborhood, walkable but across a busy road. The house had 2 full baths and one half bath (along with an outdoor shower). The beds were comfy. The house was stocked with essentials in kitchen utensils and plenty of towels for showers and pool. The games for the backyard were a nice touch- ladderball and cornhole. The lanai included a table for dinners, table tennis and basketball hoop game- so fun! The pool is outside the lanai. Our hosts were within driving distance but gave us our privacy- made themselves available via text. Great stay!

Fantastic house and location

House is huge and amenities are nice! Good space for our group of 8 to hang out together and still have space. House is in amazing shape, covered patio is great to hang out on,! Location- 5 miles or less to the beach. Stores within 1 mile. Will rent again when in the area.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Within range of several of our favorite beaches and plenty of space to relax and sleep. The home has an excellent layout with fantastic decor.

Beautiful and clean

This was very clean and was big enough for the family great sunroom where the kids hung out and played games. Very comfortable definitely worth a stay not far from the beach.
