Situato a 11 miglia da Bradenton Beach, a 30 minuti (15. 5 miglia) da Anna Maria Island e 12 minuti da IMG Academy. La nostra casa è su un piccolo lago privato. Vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Il posto sarà tutto per voi.

Soffitti alti, con molto spazio per rilassarsi. Trascorriamo la maggior parte del nostro tempo nella sala della Florida a guardare le anatre o in piscina. Vasca idromassaggio in bagno padronale. Manteniamo la nostra casa perfettamente pulita per i nostri ospiti. House è completamente elettrica e non necessita di un rilevatore di CO.

Great stay! House in an ideal location. 1/2 mile from Walmart and Sam’s in a very quiet safe residential neighborhood. About 10-15 minutes from downtown and 20-30 minutes from beaches. Many restaurants and grocery stores within a couple of miles. 20-30 minutes to Sarasota. Can walk to movie theater. Car wash and post office within a mile. Easy check-in. House was clean and very comfortable. Many touches to make it very homey. Great for a long term stay. Had most utensils, pots, pans, and dishes for nightly cooking. Towels and sheets were top of the line adding to the comfort. The home was on the older side but very well kept. Everything in working order. Heated pool and sun room were a bonus overlooking a nice neighborhood pond.Furniture was comfortable. Nice leather couch with recliners. Beds also comfortable. Several dining areas and a table with 4 wicker chairs in sun room. Smart TV’s with local channel reception. No cable TV but apps available on TVs for streaming. It was just my wife and I but the house has a nice set up for several couples or a family. Bedrooms located on opposite side of house. Clifford was a great host! Communication was wide open. Had an issue with internet which was promptly addressed. Clifford was also quick to get back with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend for a short or long term stay! We are planning to return next year. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the “Craig House”!

Nice comfortable house , well supplied. Clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location. Pool is small and solar heated , so very weather dependent. Loved seeing all the birds on the lake.

Close to many great BEACHES!

Our families enjoyed staying at your home and we loved the pool and view of pond to relax after going to a different beach every day! House was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Perfect

Had a great stay! The house was central to everything we wanted, beaches, shopping and restaurants!House was very comfortable. All amenities provided that you could need! Very responsive host when we had a question and really enjoyed the ‘beach room’ off of the lanai and pool.

Perfect Florida Getaway!

We loved staying at this nice little house, and especially loved the private pool next to the lake! The house and the property were very clean and well maintained! Nice neighborhood and only about a 30-minute drive to the beach.

Nice View with a Pool

While the decor is a little off kilter, that is the only negative that I can think of this place. They have stocked the place with plenty of supplies, and there is plenty of room for a large family. The pool is a little smaller than it seems online, but it was the perfect size for us. It rained one day that we were there and it was so relaxing to sit on the porch and enjoy the breeze, the pretty view, and the sound of the rain, This place is also centrally located to the beach, Sarasota shopping, many restaurants, and the Bradenton boardwalk. It’s not upscale, but it’s definitely comfortable and good enough for everything you need.

Wonderful stay

The Craig House was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. It contained everything we needed, even bottles of water left in the fridge. The house was big enough to spread out and every bed was comfortable. There were smart TV's in every room so we could stay caught up with our shows. The pool in the screened in lanai was a lovely treat to relax in at the end of a busy day. It became a magic oasis as the sun started to set and all the solar lanterns came on. It is close to all the stores you could possibly needs as well as restaurants. 1. Employees do not have any pay "issues". Rates increased, according to the CBA and Addendum, on March 1, 2023. Pay Period for the pay date March 24, 2023 is from February 24th to March 9th so both sets of pay rates are used in that pay period. There were beach chairs and towels so we could make the best of the best beaches in Florida which were just minutes away by car. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved having the pool

Besides the convenience of having a pool right there, we felt we were in a safe neighborhood. We traveled quite a bit around the area--from Bradenton, to the outer islands (Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Lido Key and Siesta Key), to Myakka State Park and to Sarasota, and in particular, the Ringling Museum. Lots to do and see in this area, from nature to shopping to dining to beautiful beaches.

Perfect stay

I loved this property. It had everything I needed and more. There were spices, a few dry goods, and condiments in the fridge. The pool was perfect for lounging on a floaty and a perfect temp. The house was close to a few different grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. It's also a quick 15 minute drive from the airport. I will definitely be back!!

The property was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool and lake right behind the house. There were 2 big cranes that walked right up to us (after luring them with bird seed, lol)

Clean, convenient, and cozy!

Enjoyed our stay @ The Craig. Would recommend for adults or families. The house was stocked with all the things we needed for day-to-day living, and was even supplied with items for going to the beach. We were within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Loved our stay. The only disappointment: the pool was not actually warm (the owner explained the pool is heated by solar panels and is dependent on sunny weather for “heated” water), and we had a lot of cloud cover and cooler days. Overall, the house was fantastic. Clean, convenient, and cozy!

NICE HOUSE

the stay was good. Did not have enough blankets, the pool water was not 87 as I was told, you can't use a pool thermometer that is only two inches down in the water. that does not give the accurate temp of water. Other than the stay was good. Also all the Emails that was sent with Info about house was sent to late to my Email had no way to retrieve them from my computer, did not see them until we got back.

Home Away From Home

Property was clean and well maintained. We didn’t have a car but we’re within walking distance to Walmart. Other excursions we used Uber. Pool was a great retreat after a hot day. Pantry was well stocked and recommend before going grocery shopping that you check what the pantry and fridge is stocked with. Overall we were very happy.

Family getaway

Great home in a quiet setting

This home is close enough to everything, yet far enough away that you don’t have the noise of traffic or the city. The home is impeccable and we loved staying here. My kids were greatful for the pool toys and sand toys because we couldn’t travel with our own beach gear or pool toys. Having it all there made their week! We didn’t have any needs but the owner was responsive throughout the stay with helpful information. We really appreciated having access to such a nice home for our vacation. Thank You!
