* Tree String Lights: We are working on repairing our trees/lights after the bad storms last year. While the trees are still there they are missing some limbs and lights. We are aware and have repairs scheduled to add the beautiful lights back. There is still plenty of lighting and our backyard is still a peaceful oasis to be in. Thank you for your patience as we work to repair.



Guest Access:

The guest has access to the entire home minus the locked cleaners closet.

Getting Around:

MCAT bus services all of Manatee County. Nearest bus stop is a short walk away on Manatee Avenue.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4pm

Check-out is at 10am



-Heated pool fee is $50/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 2-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during FL’s colder months. Thank you!



- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $25 per night, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.

- Parking in the driveway for 4 cars max. Street parking allowed: NO

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.
