Welcome to The Seven Winds! This luxurious new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an amazing vacation! The condo overlooks the magnificent resort-like amenities which include a heated pool, splash pad, gas BBQ grills and playground. It is equipped with everything you could need including a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer, King size bed in master suite, double beds in 2nd bedroom, Smart TVs, Sonos, high speed WiFi, A/C and screened in lanai with bar and fire pit.

One Particular Harbor offers award winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island including a grand marina with wet slip and dry storage also on the property. This magnificent rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation as it is equipped with many stunning amenities! If guests prefer to stay for 30 days or more, additional amenities are included such as waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, hot tub, fully equipped fitness center, Sky Bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail stretching 2 1/2 miles along the quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Immaculate Condo

This is the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood but first time for this condo. I’ve rented houses and condos all over FL from Pensacola to Bradenton and this condo has to be the best one yet. This unit is so well maintained and organized and has all the little things that make it feel like home. It has a fully stocked Kurig, spices, a mini bar, frozen mugs waiting in the freezer, and comfortable furniture. Most rentals give you TP and paper towels to get you started, this place had 4 rolls per bathroom, multiple rolls of paper towels, cleaning and laundry supplies. There was no need to purchase any of this but we had already gone to the store prior to check in. We were here for soccer and if we ever come back, we will definitely book this unit. Thank you for making us feel like we were at our own.

Beautiful Accomodations

The 2 bedroom unit was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Everything needed is at your fingertips. Lots of extras, like spices, utensils, beach chairs. Beaches are close on Anna Maria Island, but parking can be challenging. We used the public beach parking at Manatee Beach and Cocquina and used the free trolly service to venture around. Small boutique shopping can be found on both Pine Avenue and Bridge Street. And check out the Anna Maria Pier for entertainment daily from 4-8. As stated, use of the beach club and additional pools are only for guests staying 30 days or longer. We would have loved to check out the other amenities but you cannot access entrance without the gate key. Overall, great accommodations and close to beach but plan ahead for beach access and parking.

We Just got back from our 5 night stay. It was just perfect. The condo was super clean and had EVERYTHING you can imagine and more. We highly recommend it for your stay. I would definitely go back. Thank you Ronette for making our first time at Anna Maria memorable.

Fantastic Stay

This is a beautiful place to stay. The unit is spotless and well decorated. The location could not be better to access the beach and IMG. The owner also was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will be back!

Relaxing and Very Nice

Very comfortable and lots of items for the beach/kitchen, etc. Couldn't ask for more. Owner very responsive. Very nice gated community. Great patio. Pool, splash pad and park was great for our son. Loved walking around the area and enjoying the views. Very homey. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to rent!

This place is amazing! The condo was extremely clean and beautiful! The place is well stocked with everything you could possibly need! The condo faces the pool area which is very nice! The owners are very quick to provide you with information as well as respond to any questions. The condo is in a beautiful resort area surrounded by the water. The area is well kept and very maintained! The condo is a short drive to the beach and parking area! (You can walk there too!) We highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay

We could not have been happier with this beautiful property. We will be back! The location is amazing (steps from the pool!) near Anna Maria Island and the condo is lovely. We appreciated the abundance of towels, how well equipped the kitchen is (everything you could think of including basic condiments etc) and the small touches throughout that made it feel like home (candles, decor, napkins, insulated cups etc!). Check-in and out was very easy. The parking is also great & there is a hotel style trolley in the lobby to help with your gear! We visited with our 1.5 year old and it was fantastic for little ones (we brought our own pack & play). Thank you for sharing this lovely condo with us!

We would live here

My family and I loved this property. We decided it was the nicest rental we have stayed in. The place was super clean and we couldn't believe all the things the owner provides with the stay! Most owners would never consider providing what they did for renters. It is nice to have items like beach towels provided when you are not able to drive to place. We also loved the community, the walking paths, and the proximity to the beach. It was a great stay!

Beautiful location

We absolutely loved our trip and loved staying at the Seven Winds property. It is just as pretty in person as it is online. Less than a 5 min drive to the beach and close to many restaurants. They had everything we needed for our family to enjoy the facilities and the beach. My young kids had a blast playing at the pool and splash pad that were conveniently right across from our building. It's a quiet neighborhood and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Sevenwinds spoils you …

The best way to explain staying at Sevenwinds - you feel like you are staying at a friend/relatives home, not a VRBO. I’m incapable of relaxing on a vacation if a rental feels even a tiny bit dirty. When you walk in the door of Ronette’s rental you are met with sparkling baseboards and clean smells. It’s refreshing to find a rental where I can tell my kids we have the same ‘no shoes on in the house rule’ like at home. As a person who likes to cook, I appreciated having a kitchen that was fully stocked with all the gadgets and appliances I could need. There is no shortage of incredibly soft blankets to curl up in on the couch inside or on the lanai to unwind. For us the location was perfect, short drive to Coquina Beach (even a shorter drive if you want to use the Manatee Beach public access), 5/10 min to the grocery and great food (Ugly Grouper for fish tacos and The Feast for great pizza). We liked being able to escape the hustle and bustle of the beach and retreat back to our secluded rental for some peace and quiet. I cannot sing the praises of this condo or it’s host enough! Looking forward to returning for many more trips in the future.

Amazing! Every detail of this rental was incredibly thought out!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Ronette has absolutely thought of every detail! She has the condo stocked with literally everything you could ever need for your stay. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. We had a super relaxing time and would come back here again! Don’t miss this one! She knocked it out of the park!

Best vacay

First of all Anna Maria Island was beautiful and we will for sure be going back. As for this property, it was one of the most well stocked vacation rentals I have ever been in. We did not have to go buy anything to live comfortably for 5 days. The decor was great and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We loved having the screened in porch and being able to open that up to the rest of the condo. Thanks Swanks- it was fabulous!

Don’t Miss Out

This property is more amazing then pictured. Ronette gave very clear and specific instructions for the very easy check in and check out process. Upon arrival, the property was spotless, and so well decorated. This rental allowed people to leave spices, baggies, dishwasher pods, etc. There is a cooler, beach umbrella, chairs, beach bags, towels, everything you could possibly need. I have never stayed in a VRBO that is so well stocked. We felt very at home here, the rooms are very large and the lanai is the best part. The location is only 1.5 miles from the beach. The traffic at anytime of day to get to the island at spring break time was heavy, but only took about 6 min. The only problem on the island was parking unless you are there by 10. The pool was beautiful! We had an amazing time. The only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Great Experience! Highly recomended

I hace stayed with my family (5 adults) for 5 nights. The apartament is beautiful, it has everything you need for our stay. The kitchen was fully equiped and clean, you are not going to want to get out for dinner! All the apartment was really clean and tidy. We enjoyed the outside balcony and also the premium channels on TV. The location is good, only 5 minutes to the beach by car. The only “bad” thing was that the pool was really crowded and we couldn’t enjoyed it so much. Definitely I will choose it again if I come back to Sarasota!

Relaxing retreat !

My wife and I were looking for a condo in the Anna Maria Island area to enjoy the great beaches, play some golf and feel as if we were in the Caribbean . All three of these wishes came true and then some ! Although the condo in not directly on Anna Maria Island it is a short 5-10min drive to all the gorgeous beaches and restaurants the 7 mile Long Island has to offer.IMG Golf Academy Club is 15 mins away and open to the public, and finally,yes you will feel like you are in the Caribbean . Also, when you aren’t exploring the island , you are back at your luxurious condo enjoying the peace and quiet . You have use of a beautiful heated pool across the street from the unit . We would go to the beach in the day and enjoy the pool in the early evening. The host , Ronette, has made this condo an absolute amazing place to spend your vacation. Pictures do not do it justice ! We plan to make this a yearly visit without a doubt. Highly recommend this condo for your vacation destination ! Chris & Jen, Mass.

Beautiful Condo

We were in town celebrating my dad's 50th Veterans reunion. I could not have picked a more beautiful place for us to stay. It was perfect and beautifully decorated and perfect for my family. Ronette was kind and checked in on us throughout the week. We will definitely stay here again for future visits. Everything you would think of packing for a vacation was here. Fans for white noise, diffuser, all those items you sometimes forget, this condo had. It was perfect!!!
