    Step back in time and experience the charm of our lovingly restored 1925 bungalow, nestled in the heart of the Historic Bradenton River District. Just one mile from vibrant downtown Bradenton and a short drive to the powdery white sands of Anna Maria Island, this cozy retreat is perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure.

    Our home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen with pantry essentials, coffee and tea, plush bath towels, and curated toiletries. We also provide beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and even a grill and smoker with tools for laid-back cookouts. A washer/dryer, hair dryer, and iron are available for your convenience.

    Hop on a bike or take a short drive to explore downtown Bradenton, the scenic Riverwalk, and the colorful Village of the Arts—all offering fantastic dining and unique local shops. Sports lovers will appreciate being close to IMG Academy and McKechnie Field (LECOM Park), home of spring training baseball. Nature enthusiasts can explore nearby preserves like Robinson Preserve, with miles of trails, kayaking, and yoga at The Nest. Several public-access golf courses, tennis, and pickleball courts are also just minutes away.

    And when it’s time to unwind, the beautiful beaches and laid-back coastal towns of Anna Maria Island are only 15 minutes away.

Really adorable house! Nicely decorated, great character and perfect for a small family. Really close to the main stretch of Bradenton. Host was super easy to communicate with and the house had all the necessary essentials.

Karen was very pleasant to rent with! Very responsive to messages on app and even gave a phone number to contact directly. Easy access to Bradenton and AMI. I would 100% go back to the Mango Cottage again! Bookmarked on Vrbo for future rental. 5 stars is not enough for this one

We love the vintage home with its interesting art, decor, and quiet setting. The king bed is quite comfortable, the kitchen is adequate for simple meals. We found the location provided easy access to restaurants, shopping, the island, and our family members in Bradenton. Very nice experience!

My home away from home for a week. Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful furnishings, clean, plenty of amenities. Owner very accessible and helpful. Only a few blocks from where my old college friends were staying for a reunion.

This was one of the BEST places I have ever stayed at. The house is ADORABLE and all the amenities. I felt like I was at "home" for 3 days and the owners made that possible. It was PERFECT! I will definitely be back at the "Mango Cottage". Karen is SO sweet, so accommodating, and has great tase in decorating. You will NOT be disappointed. But please, treat this place like your home and respect all that the owners have done to make the Mango Cottage so AMAZING.

The bungalow is perfect for two to four people. It’s decorated in some fun ways. It’s ideally situated near the beach, Sarasota, Palmetto and Lakewood Ranch. We found every thing we needed including full set up for the beach. With family in town we’ll be back.

The charming house was clean and perfect. The host was very nice and made sure to let us know if we needed anything to let her know. We didn't need anything. The house already had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed the mango tree in the front yard and eating the fresh fruit.

Good location close to the water and downtown Bradenton. The attention to detail when decorating this craftsman bungalow is evident everywhere you look, it has been beautifully done. And the original woodwork adds so much character. It all made for a lovely, very comfortable stay.

This historic home is oozing with charm! The home has well curated decor & is generously stocked with items. We loved sitting on the porch swing sipping our coffee. It’s a good location close to downtown Bradenton, AMI & 1/2 mile to Publix.
