Amazing heated pool & spa just minutes from Anna Maria Island

This tropical retreat is loaded with character and fun details! If you're looking for a charming home with the feel of a private tropical resort, this is the one. The amazing and massive heated pool & spa are the highlights of the home and are brand new with beautiful travertine for a luxury feel. The backyard oasis is complete with a new outdoor shower, plenty of outdoor seating & dining space, and a very quiet & private backyard surrounded by exotic tropical plants & trees. There is even a quaint courtyard with a fire pit for those chilly winter evenings. Pool & spa heat is available for a small separate fee - just ask!

Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom for plenty of privacy! There is even an outdoor half bath to use when spending time by the pool. The first bedroom is normally set up as a king bed, but can be set up as two twin beds upon request. All the rooms have been outfitted with extremely comfortable beds and high quality linens. Each bedroom has large closet space. The main living space is open & so charming, with leather couches, mid century modern furniture, & a beautiful and unique hanging fireplace. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sunroom if you need additional sleeping space and an extra queen air mattress is available as well. There is a 2 car garage with 2 kayaks, pool toys & beach toys for your enjoyment. We are kid friendly with a high chair, pack n play with a mattress & sheets, baby pool float, slip n slide, and more! If you're looking for something specific, just let me know and we can make sure it is there.

The location is unbeatable - walking distance to Bishop's Point, which is perfect for watching sunrises or sunsets over the water. You're also less than a mile from Desoto National Memorial (which has walking/jogging trails, a small private beach to search for starfish & shells, and benches to have picnics or watch the boats go by on the river), 2 miles to Robinson Preserve (with extensive walking/biking trails, kayak launch areas, and a great playground for kids). And of course, only 5 miles to the beautiful Holmes Beach & Anna Maria Island!

Excellent location, super easy check in/out process. Host was quick to respond. Huge pool with unique swim up to the hot tub. Kayaks were a bonus with easy access to the water. Very safe!

Close everything

Older house, but very clean. Beds were comfortable.Kitchen fully stocked. Very close to Anna Marie Island and downtown Bradenton. We were seniors renting, but would be ideal for families with kids. Pool was very nice and refreshing. Hostess was exceptional in addressing any issues.

Wonderful Time and House

This is a wonderful house with lots of room. The host was available for questions before and during our stay. We love to be outside and the pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a day of hiking and biking at nearby trails. The location is great if you want to spend the day on Anna Marie Island. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. I would recommend this property.

Need more comfortable seating under the lanai. Needs to state that renter will pay a separate daily fee to have pool and spa heated. Wasn’t included in booking fee. Also the pool bottom had dead leaves that we tried to get out. We were able clean as much of the floating leaves from pool.

Great location; Loved the Pool; Needs some TLC

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 1 toddler. The location is awesome. 5ish minutes from the Robinson Preserve, grocery shopping, pharmacy and quick eats. 6 miles from Anna Maria Island and 10ish miles from downtown Bradenton. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and are the standout feature of the property. Note there is a 25/night additional charge to heat them. Manager collects this outside the costs of the booking. Check in was a a breeze and the manager was responsive the few times we needed her. Overall a solid stay for a fair price. That said, this place needs some TLC and it’s clear the listing photos are a few years old. We encountered some dead roaches (normal for Florida but we found them right after check-in, so not sure how housekeeping missed them), a few pieces of broken furniture, a non functioning ceiling fan in the primary bedroom, spotty WiFi even with the extender, and a layer of dust on most surfaces. There’s a little bit of hurricane damage to the exterior too, but that seems unavoidable based on the other houses in the area. We were also provided one roll of tp per Bathroom for a one week stay. lol. These are the only real complaints, though. Overall, 4/5 stay.

Adult family get away.

Great location. We biked to all the local natural areas. Quiet neighborhood. We had some issues with the hot tub and grill but we were impressed with how responsive Tanner was to resolve the issues. Thank you.

Great pool and hot tub

The pool was great as was the hot tub. It took a phone call to understand the heater, but that could have been our issue. Once we talked to the owner it worked great and was a lot of fun for the family. The house is nice but needs some maintenance. Some soffit is down in the back side of the garage and some other small issues. Over all great spot and great location.

Wonderful House for Family Trip!

As a family of four (all adults), we had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house over Christmas. The house was exactly as pictured and is even bigger than the photos appear. It is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood with close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Within easy walking distance, you can find peaceful trails, water views and sandy beaches. Also, an easy drive to Anna Maria Island! I highly recommend this house for your vacation stay - from the heated pool and hot tub, firepit in the backyard, fully equipped kitchen and lots of space, it is a hidden gem!

Heavenly Retreat

My wife and I have stayed in several VRBOs in Bradenton. This property was perfect relative to space and amenities. The pool and spa was amazing and my 89 year old mom loved it. There is a cost to heat the water but well worth the nominal cost. The hosts responded quickly to text and messaging. We loved this place.
