Feel right at home in our charming 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located in the peaceful community of "The Lakes", which is located only 4 miles from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and just 4 miles from IMG Academy.
The kitchen is fully stocked making cooking a breeze and it features a coffee bar! There is a large dining room table for a nice family meal that is open into the livingroom. The livingroom not only has a large screen TV for entertaining but a mesmerizing view of the fountain in the lake. From sun up to sun down you will find yourself drawn to the natural lighting and beautiful view from the lania.
The main bedroom has a TV and new king size bed to aid in getting a gentle nights sleep after a long day in the Florida sun! It has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom also offers a TV and king size bed. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

We invite you to enjoy the use of the washer & dryer and the Wifi & cable. The complex has amentites such as;
a heated pool, tennis/pickleball courts, clubhouse and an electric grill for BBQ's all are just steps away from your door.

There is one designated, covered parking spot and additional open parking for guests.
