NEW LISTING- Bayfront View of Amazing Sunsets over Anna Maria Island

ONE PARTICULAR HARBOUR- Island-styled residences offer stunning sunset views, a deep-water marina which provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. This Beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3 bath is located on the sound with amazing sunset views! Located just 1 mile from the white sand beaches with crystal blue water on Anna Maria Island. There is plenty to do in the area with beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and nature reserves all nearby. Located right next to the property are 3 nature preserves for walking, biking, kayaking and bird watching.

One Particular Harbor is a luxurious gated community with resort-style amenities for all ages. Short-term renters (under 1 month) will have access to a heated pool, splash zone, playground, and the picnic area with gas grills. At the entrance of the community is a marina with wet and dry boat storage for an additional fee. Also located at the marina is the Floridays Woodfire Grill & Bar with live music and a fun Margaritaville atmosphere.

Long-term renters (1 month or more) amenities will also include access to the waterfront beach club with incredible views of the Anna Maria Sound and the Tampa Bay. The beach club includes a resort style heated pool, hot tub, poolside bar, yoga lawn and 4,200 sq. foot fitness center. The Sky Bar Restaurant is located upstairs, with live music and amazing views of the sunset. Long-term renters will have access to 4 total pools throughout the property, along with 2 kayak launches and a fire pit area. With access to the entire community, you can enjoy walks on the beautiful paths that surround the lake and coachhouses.

The master offers views of the water with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers a full-size bed and a twin. All mattresses are new Memory Foam.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a 50 lb per day ice-maker and Margarita Machine/Blender.

This condo is in a great location and was just a lovely place to stay. It has easy access to the pool/splashpad and playground. The covered parking was a bonus keeping the car cool. It is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms 3 baths and a great kitchen living space with a view through the veranda. Quick access to the beaches on AMI. Communication with owner was excellent as we had a problem and he had it repaired within 24 hours. Highly recommend. Will stay again!

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed every second we were at the condo! The beds were so comfortable!!!! My husband and I slept like babies!! The location was so convenient to get over to the Island. We never had to wait for the bridge! We will definitely be back!!

Condo was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Gorgeous views of Anna Maria Sound and the island. Very convenient to the beaches. Well-appointed kitchen and comfortable furnishings. A few maintenance issues were handled promptly. Owner was responsive.

Spring Break Baseball

This was the perfect location to enjoy the beach and still be close to Bradenton for baseball without always dealing with the island traffic. The view was fantastic and the property as a whole was perfect.

Fantastic Location

Woke up several mornings to dolphins, very clean upon arrival, neighbors were all very friendly, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week. Will definitely be back!

Spacious condo with water view

The condo is spacious with lots of natural light and large bedrooms/bathrooms. Great view of the bay and the causeway. The condo complex is rather small, with an unaccessible locked/gated community on one side and an extremely busy road on the other. There is a large boat storage facility next door with near constant activity/machinery noise. In order to take a peaceful walk, we needed to drive to a nearby preserve. The Robinson Preserve is about one mile away and is large, beautiful and dog friendly.

Fabulous Place

We loved our stay here. The screened in porch was lovely and the sunset view was gorgeous. The space was perfect - comfortable and clean. Convenient location. Easy to get to the beach or into Bradenton for necessities. Very nice pool. Would absolutely return.

A perfect location to enjoy AMI. OPH had all the amenities needed to enjoy your time. Swimming, kids playground, grilling for great family dinners. Great area for walking and enjoying the sunsets from your living room

Beautiful Condo, great location!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this condo! Great location by Anna Maria Island and a beautiful view! Since we were here over spring break there was a bit of traffic getting on and off the island but we were happy to have the pool and The Compass Hotel walking distance to grab dinner at their two restaurants. We even got a day pass to their pool since they have pool service. Kevin was always responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

We have stayed in other units within One Particular Harbour and really enjoyed this one. Having the patio with the view of the sunset topped off the magnificence of this location!
