About Our Home
• 4 bedrooms + 2 bonus sleeping rooms / 3 bathrooms across a main home and backyard guest house, with 14 total beds:
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: King bed (shares hallway bathroom with Bedroom 1)
• Bedroom 3: Queen-over-Queen bunk + Full bed with en-suite bathroom and attached nursery room
• Bonus Sleeping Room 1: Full-size daybed + Full trundle (located just outside Bedroom 3)
• Bedroom 4 (Guest House): Queen bed
• Bonus Sleeping Room 2 (Guest House): Full daybed + Full trundle + Two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds
• Full bathroom and second kitchen located in Guest House
• Comfortably sleeps up to 20 adults. With children included, total occupancy may accommodate up to 24 guests!

• Driveway parking for up to 5–6 small vehicles maximum

Pet Policy
• $150 per stay for 1 pet
• $50 per each additional pet
• Maximum of 2 pets total

House Rules
Respecting the space ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund:

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (includes outdoor amenities)
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• Thermostat must remain between 69°F and 78°F
• No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains
• Use of pool and play equipment is at guest’s own risk
• Any damage must be reported promptly
• Respect neighbors and property at all times
