I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests.”

“Staff were amazing. One of the women heard our son roaring like a Dino and brought him out a T. rex. It made his day. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location”

“I’m not on to complain, but this property was terrible rundown. The carpet stained from the lobby to the room. There was a musky smell in our room. The safe was locked as front desk twice to unlock. It was never done. No room service at all for five days. The gym was closed. The water in the pool was cloudy not swimmable. Our bathtub. Had a stain of old age it. The freezer in fridge was completely ice up . I had found another hotel down the for 80 dollar cheaper and much nicer, but that front...

“I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay during the Indiana University graduation weekend. While the staff members were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, I was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. First, I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. During breakfast, the lobby and front desk walls were being sanded, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, I found the guest rooms to be dated and worn. Given the high rates charged...
