Welcome to Brady Lakehouse, a quiet peninsula getaway surrounded by water on three sides. This newly renovated two-bedroom, one-bath home offers exclusive water access, a private boat ramp, and panoramic lake views from nearly every window. It’s the kind of place where you can unplug, slow down, and reconnect—with yourself, your loved ones, and the calm rhythm of the lake.

Step inside and you’ll find the perfect balance of vintage charm and modern comfort. The home features original wood floors, a stone fireplace built from local rock and crystals, brand-new appliances, and a spa-style steam shower. Each room is filled with natural light and simple warmth, styled with curated vintage furniture and thoughtful touches that make it feel personal, not polished.

The screened-in porch is made for mornings with coffee and evenings with a glass of wine. Outside, enjoy a fire pit, Blackstone and charcoal grills, and plenty of space for outdoor dining. The property sits on a private peninsula, so you’ll see deer grazing at dusk, flocks of birds over the water, and sometimes even wild exotic Axis deer wandering nearby.

Whether you’re here for a restful weekend, a family getaway, or as a peaceful base during hunting season, Brady Lakehouse offers a private, comfortable stay close to nature. HOUSE RULES:
Hunting: Absolutely NO HUNTING or firearm use on the property. Violators will be fined and prosecuted.
Smoking: No smoking indoors. Allowed outdoors and on the porch—use fire safety and dispose of butts properly.
Fishing: Fishing is welcome! Contact your host for guided fishing recommendations.
Boat Ramp & Dock: Enjoy at your own risk—surfaces may be slippery, depths vary, and children must be supervised.
Charcoal Grill: Keep grill attended at all times and fully extinguish before leaving it. Dispose of cooled ashes safely.
Damages: Report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for repairs or replacements.
Pets: No pets allowed at this time.

Brady Lakehouse is a place for still mornings, soft sunsets, and slow evenings by the fire. Whether you’re here to rest, fish, write, or simply breathe, the lake will meet you with quiet grace and endless sky.

We had an amazing experience at this house in Brady. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect and made our stay easy and relaxing.
