“Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective. ”

“Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and evening meal. Lovely garden which we sat out in to have drinks. Plenty of parking. In a beautiful village which was a perfect location for the area we wanted to explore. Would stay again and would recommend.”

This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year”

“Check in process was easy, it was all self service and the instructions were very clear so it made this a simple process. The room was a decent size however part is the ceiling is quite low so you had to duck down when moving around. (Room 5) There was a fridge with a jug of water in and a selection of tea and coffee on the side with biscuits. I stayed for 2 nights but there was only enough coffee and biscuits for 1 night. I was disappointed regarding breakfast as free breakfast was offered as...

“Beautiful property, decorated and appointed to a high standard. Great spot to retire to after a long day exploring the area. Breakfast was spot on and just what we needed to set us up for the next day's adventures too. Sam and her Mum, Carole, were very welcoming and gave us some outstanding tips that made our days out even better. Thank you very much.”

“A truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk. Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world. Can’t fault this pub and can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely stay there again. ”
