Case in affitto a Brandon

“The one thing that raised a concern was what to do before leaving. According to vrbo and Expedia there were 4 things. The book in the house had check out with clearer steps and what to doos”

“Had a bad stay. Good--apartment was clean and nice, pet friendlyBad---It is a duplex and the entry smelled strongly of dog. My car was parked on the road in front of it (where they said) and it got robbed during the night. They refused to reimburse me for the 2nd night even though I had to get a hotel because my daughter was terrified to stay there. There is a camera looking out the door towards the street and they have not given me the footage.”

“It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!”

“This place was fabulous for our large family. The kids loved it! Would definitely use it again.”

“Really enjoyed this property, which is way more spacious than it looks from the outside. Kitchen was great, beds were comfy. Neighborhood looked sketchy, but I was comfortable walking the dog alone at night. Location is very convenient, with Minnesota Ave a block away. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing ”

“As described - very cute, cozy & just what we needed for our trip! Everything was in close proximity to our events and would love to return again next year!”

“Very clean property”

“The property was very clean and comfortable. The only surprise is that the bathroom is attached to the small bedroom and you must walk through the small bedroom to go to the large bedroom. All other spaces were great. ”
