Hotel vicino a Brandywine Park - Wilmington

“The hotel was very nice. Our room was large and spacious. I really liked the layout of the room and felt the price was very reasonable. The info we received stated that housekeeping was not done on the weekends, which was fine. But I was expecting at least 1-2 times that our room would be refreshed during the week and it was not. We stayed Sat through Wed. Other than that, location was good. We would consider staying again.”

“Great staff especially at the Restaurant! Eileen and Maddie were amazing! Food and drinks at the restaurant was top-notch! Only complaint was the lack of amenities in the bathroom and there was no counterspace. Towels can also be upgraded given the hotel price.”

“Came down for a birthday dinner and made it a 1 night staycation. We had a great view of the riverfront and city buildings. The staff was nice, the room was spacious and clean. Would come back for another visit. ”

“The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

“Bath was dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. The floor had foot prints all over. I was not happy. ”

“Only one room was ready at 9 pm the second not til 10 pm. It was a real hardship with two elderly parents and two children to have to wait while the clean rooms to order. Not your typical Marriott stay at all and I am loyal to them. I will say the gentleman on the desk that night was trying his best to accommodate not only me but other guests. It’s a shame they do t set staff up for success with those conditions! I will not stay there again. ”

“Horrible! I reserved my stay a month ahead. When I arrived i was told that the hotel was overbooked and they had no availability for me. Now imagine YOU coming of an 8+ hour road trip to be told that there is no availability. Please reconsider another hotel before considering Residence Inn @ the Marriot. - they do not value YOU! ”

“The day staff was amazing! Engaging and welcoming. One of the entrances wouldn't register my card to let me in, the other didn't need a card, we just walked in. Having to exchange our towels to get fresh ones was not a comfortable experience. The fire alarm and evacuation at 5 am the day of our event was unavoidable but still disturbing.”

“Vicino alla stazione e al centro della città. Hotel nuovo,pulito e ben tenuto. Camere nuove,grandi e confortevoli,dotate di ogni confort; l'unica pecca che se esci dalla stanza troppo tardi poi non te la puliscono fino al giorno dopo.”

“Unique concept and idea in regard to the individual houses, etc. The property is showing some neglect in order to bring it up to excellent appearance.”

“Room was clean, hot tub and in door pool were clean and open 7am to 9pm! The dining area is nice and clean but a bit over priced. Starbucks isn’t like the original just have hot coffee, latte and cold brew better off going to an actual one. Overall great hotel! ”

“Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!”
