“The close proximity to the Branson strip and small benefits were greatly outweighed by the awful humidity in our room. We were greeted by a dated appearance and musty smell right away, that should have been our sign to turn around.
Everything else has been fine, the beds are pretty comfortable. The included breakfast was fine, and the room was clean.. but man, what a deal breaker is a humid room. We cooled it down to 68 degrees and everything was still sticky and moldy smelling. I'm not kidding...

“The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave.
.that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.) I said sir, I paid to...

“The room was plenty big for our family of 6. We didn’t really like that the gym was only 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill, and a small set of weights. You can’t access the gym until they unlock the pool area at 9am. There seemed to be a lot of people that would come swim at the pools every afternoon that were not guests there, so it made it harder for the guests to swim.”
