“A rustic cabin that was clean. The views of the lake were on the other side of the buildings which you could easily walk to. It was located centrally to some the places we wished to visit in the Adirondacks. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator but we knew that it was not included.”

“I stayed at Alpine Lodge for two nights and paid over $700 for what was advertised as a "Superior King" room. Don't be fooled by the name—this is essentially a regular, modest motel room. There is no reception desk. When you arrive, you can't even access your room until you receive a text or email with a link, complete the online registration, and then wait for the door code.
