A primo impatto poco gradevole perché inserita in un vicoletto angusto. Ma a soli 30 si apre il portone e si è sulla piazza principale di Brasov vecchia. Comodissimo. Qualità prezzo per il loft, ottima.

Se siete accomodanti questo è il posto giusto!
La posizione è eccezionale... proprio nel centro! L'accoglienza e l'ambiente è perfetto.. . Queste sono i punti fondamentali tutto il resto non conta per chi ha lo spirito del vero viaggiatore.

ONLY THE POSITION IS GOOD
I spend 2 nights in this apartments, the only good things were the position right in the center, and the value of the room in the media with the prices in town. Rooms are very small and very very noisy, the wood floor under your feet is creaking a lot, same for the beds when you lie down. Walls are very thin and you can hear all the time when people walking pass the floor. There are sign of stay in silence around but is not enought, in the room next to me there were guest going in and out the all night, loughting and making noise and I coudn't sleep at all. When neighbors use the water from their rooms you can hear a loud sound of the water pump just next to the wall at the left side of the bed. The light in my toilet was burnt, the shower and the all bathroom was ugly, nothing comparing the picture showed on the web. I will attach pictures I made. There is a water boiler in the room but there is not even 1 bag of tea or sugar. The receptionist seams nice and helpful but it's not their foult if there is a bad money inversion in all this businnes. The cleaning lady also seams a nice person but she looks too tired and too much in a hurry. Reception is closed from 12:30 for lunch so there is no service until 2pm. Is maybe needed more employers?!

Is on the edge of the Old Town square and was great location for the cost. nothing fancy but solid and comfortable. the one issue is the door is hard to close. not sure if thats simply b/c of the age of the buildings or a maintenance thing

The floors and beds are creaking, the apartment is clod even with the heater on. The house if full of rules and warning fines. You can't expect a guest to take down the trash after leaving, otherwise we get a 30 euro fine. This is not how to run a hotel.

I loved this apartment. It’s just in front of the main square. 3-5 mins walk from the best restaurants and nightlife. A super market just next to it. PERFECT location. If I go back to Brasov I will stay at this place again.

Oda buz gibiydi bütün gece donduk. Sıcak su yoktu duş alamadık. Konaklama yerinde yetkili kimse yoktu telefon numarası var donuyoruz diye mesaj attık bırakın gelip çözmeyi cevap verme gereği bile görmediler

Bien situé mais piteux état
L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la vieille ville, mais en piteux état, le mobilier est très bas de gamme et endommagé. Le rapport qualité prix est toutefois correct vu le prix défiant toute concurrence. Il n'y a pas de parking et il est interdit de s'arrêter dans la rue. Si vous êtes en voiture, vous devrez donc marcher avec vos bagages, le parking le plus proche est situé au nord est, à quelques minutes à pied en longeant la petite rivière. Il s'appelle Dupa Ziduri.

I booked online and received an email detailing how to check in (mainly time office was open). When I arrived there was a sign on the front door saying the office was closed permanently due to covid. No information how to get to my room. I borrowed a phone from a local person and called the number on the notice. The response was brusque and the person answering would not give me any information on the phone but offered to send me an email, which turned out to be the same as the previous uninformative one. I was never able to check in and had to go to a different hotel. I believe I was cheated out of my payment by indifferent, surly, and uninformative employees. Go somewhere else and save the trouble.

Das Schlafzimmer war schön und in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer aber war in desolaten Zustand. Die Kupferwasserleitungen waren offen verlegt und schon sehr stark oxidiert, am Badezimmerspiegel fehlten Teile der Verkleidung, ein Handuchhalter war aus der Wand gerissen und die Schrauben standen offen heraus. Der Schrank im Badezimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und schimmelte innen bereits. Außerdem war der Klodeckel lose und die Duschabtrennung so mangehalft, dass danach das halbe Bad unter Wasser stand. Vermutlich genau aus diesem Grund stand auch ein Wischmopp im Raum.

Appartement tres bien situé, dans le centre. Mais c'est sa seule qualité. Aucun accueil, nous etions 3 et les prestations n'etaient prevues que pour 2. Impossible de reclamer car personne à l'accueil pendant 3 jours. Douche bouchée, menage mal fait, et cuisine pas equipée (2 fourchettes, 1 verre ...). De plus pas de parking donc ce fut compliqué avec la voiture or nous avions reservé ce logement entre autre pour son parking. Donc sejour tres decevant.

The room was small but cozy, private bathroom, nice hot shower, closet and tables and a mirror in the room which is always great when there are 2 people. Kettle for coffee and tea always a plus!

The staff was kind and helpful and responsive to requests (I am more sensitive to differences in temperature, so I needed more heat during the nigth, so the staff took care so that the heater in my room worked on maximum heat through the entire night). Even though the hotel is placed in the heart of the old town, the building is remote, being protected from the noise by the interior yard. I stayed in the attic, which was quiet and intimate. One tiny bit of annoying thing was that the light outside my room (in the hallway) would repeatedly on and off by itself during the night (without any movement), and some light came in my room through the small glass in the door. But surely the sensor can be easily fixed. I appreciated that the room was fresh and smelled nice, it had good light, and I admired the design and the decoration. Also, there was endless hot water in the shower and I was happy that the bathroom was super-clean. I would personally add a mop, because at some point I wanted to clean the excess water off the bathroom floor. :) My experience here was great and I will definitely come back with other occasions. The very good comfort, backed by an excellent price absolutely recommend this place.

2bedroom apartment had Spacious rooms. Not a big deal, but had to request more towels as not enough provided for number of people. Fixed shower head ourselves. Water did not drain away properly from shower, so had to turn shower off, let water drain, then turn it on again & repeat!

It's a "NO" for me!
The apartment is located right in the Old Center of Brasov which is one of the nicest parts of the city, however, there's a caveat: it can be noisy. I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and they were having a concert in the square which ended before 10 PM but before it ended it was pretty uncomfortable. The moment we entered the apartment we realized there was an unpleasant smell which of course you can't tell by looking at pics. The carpet needed to be changed a long time ago: it had holes, rips, spots and was coming apart in some areas creating a hazard for tripping. We sat on the beds to check out the mattresses: they were OK. We addressed these issues with their office and they shrugged it off. We decided to not stay there and got another place for less, 0.5 miles from there, which was actually excellent. We were not offered an alternative or a refund so we lost almost $400 since we pre-paid. It seems to me that they are only counting on the very nice location to rent this apartment. Hopefully, after reviews like this one they will reconsider and renovate the apartment. Additionally, they have no parking or arrangements for parking so if you travel by car you're out of luck since it may be very difficult to find a spot on the street.

Das Zimmer war schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das beste war aber eindeutig die Lage. Die Apartments liegen im Prinzip genau auf dem großen Platz und man kann von da aus direkt bummeln oder essen gehen.

Hello, Line! Even doe we make regular pest control, we have made a very careful inspection of the room after you have reported your concern. We have find really nothing, but we have made a new decontamination, just in case. We are positive no bugs of any kind was in the room, so you are safe. Thank you for reporting and we are happy it was just a false alarm.
