“Very engaging and friendly associate (I believe, Kenneth) during check-in and while we were in the lobby area. He provided some helpful hints as we were traveling over to Brevard and then the Smoky Mnts. - such as, sites to visit and scenic drives. Enjoyed visiting with him.
