“Staff were lovely, the room was nice however not maintained to a five star standard as an armchair was heavily stained in the room and general upkeep could have been better. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely, spa was nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff all friendly and helpful. Some rooms near us had ordered room serve and their trays of half finished food outside their rooms was left out all day. In the end we had to ask a member of staff to clear the...

“Brownover Hall hotel is a beautiful and grand building. The rooms are nicely decorated and feel luxurious, but comfortable. The team at the hotel are friendly and welcoming and the restaurant is great too. You don't need to leave the place to have a lovely time, but there is a retail park nearby if you fancy some shopping. Highly recommended.”

“Already the premises give out a reassuring feeling of care and comfort. This is then corroborated by the quiet and clean rooms, warm and cosy, along with a spacious breakfast area which presents a good variety of food, replicated for the dining area. All this topped with an ample parking space. Last, but certainly not least, the caring and welcoming staff just make it a must to want to go back.”

“Visiting family. Super friendly front desk. Simple and adequate breakfast buffet. Room is simple, functional and air conditioned. Which matters when it’s 32C outside! Loved my stay, been 15 years since my last stay here and if anything it was better this time. Good one night spot if you need to visit Rugby”

The weather was exceptionally cold during our stay, and unfortunately the small heater wasn’t quite enough to keep the room comfortably warm.”
