"Great stay overall with accessible features and top-notch service! We had a wonderful stay at Van der Valk Hotel Mons. The disabled parking right near the entrance was extremely convenient. A huge thank you to the very kind receptionist who moved us to a different room; the room with the sauna required taking the stairs because the elevator doesn't reach it, which wasn't possible for me due to health issues. The breakfast was fantastic and very rich, with a great variety of options. The staff throughout the hotel were uniformly polite and attentive. The only minor issue was in the new room: the bathroom had a slight sewage smell whenever we turned on the whirlpool/jacuzzi. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel molto valido in pieno centro a Charleroi. Ho avuto difficoltà a trovare il parcheggio dell'hotel e ho dovuto chiamare 3 volte in reception per avere le informazioni giuste, perdendo 15 minuti... comunque per il resto tutto molto bene"
