“Lovely room, with large bed. We have stayed in this hotel lots of times before but we have never had as nice of bed as we had this time. It was a lovely surprise. Breakfast great as usual.”

Unico neo è la connessione wifi che non avevo in camera e che per chi ha pochi gb rimasti e/o deve lavorare può essere un problema. Ad ogni modo, per me sono importanti la pulizia e la comodità e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. ”

“We never had a view, we looked out to the back of buildings,which was ok,we dont mind too much, the mattress was shocking, really saggy at the top end on 1 side, we ended up turning the mattress, as it felt like i was sleeping on a hill.”

“On arrival we were informed to dine within 8:30 p.m. and once sit at the restaurant (at approx 7:35 p.m.) we were informed that nothing on the menu, except for what displayed under "sunday roast", which included about 3 starters and 3 mains, would have been served. If we were told before we would have chosen a different dining location. My daughter and I are allergic to oils and asked for a plain salad with 2 boiled eggs and were told that they couldn't make it as the boiling process takes to...

“The staff were very helpful and friendly upon arrival. The hotel was very nicely decorated with a lovely seaside vibe to it. Ample car parking.Lovely position on the corner with the beach just a stones throw away”

“Always a great stay. Staff work hard and are always helpful. Lovely room and great location. Excellent selection of food and drink. Cheap parking close by. Gary, Mandy and Ashley always look after us and go above and beyond.”

“A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again.”

“The property was clean and tidy, but a little tired, and the central heating wasn't working in the room; however, there was a small electric radiator available, which made the room bearable after an hour or so. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when I arrived, which was well before booking in time. ”

Carpet was filthy , no WiFi even though it said free WiFi , no hot water for the 2 days, bacon run out at breakfast, even thought was 9.15am no yoghurts , the tables were dirty and very sticky , whole place needs a complete re vamp, out dated , dirty , sadly won’t be returning”
