“Fantastic place to stay”

“Always a great stay. Staff work hard and are always helpful. Lovely room and great location. Excellent selection of food and drink. Cheap parking close by. Gary, Mandy and Ashley always look after us and go above and beyond.”

“Don't go there! Booked a room at The Savoy but was marched five doors down to a slum formerly called The Birchfield (name now covered up with sticky tape). TV hanging off the wall, curtains falling away, disgusting bathroom. One to avoid.”

“Great location, but overly hot with hard to control heating and a little tired and dated. Access to the large parking area is very tight. Not practical if you drive a 4x4”

“Stayed at the Fox and Goose for 5 days. Looked after by the staff at all times. Very comfortable room which was serviced daily. The food was excellent with good sized meals which were served by very pleasant staff. Will definitely stay there again.”

“Check in very slow and after travelling 3 hours with elderly disabled parents, our room was not ready, which is understandable. But the only offer to get changed for a wedding was in the changing rooms a flight of stairs down or the toilets! The girl on reception was adamant there wasn’t any other option available and was very unconcerned of the needs for my disabled mother. Breakfast the next morning was also very poor and hardly any hot food left on the buffet. The disable room wet room was...

“Good quiet location on the edge of Bridgwater looking out onto fields. Busy pub mid-week in April when we were there with people sitting out enjoying the weather. Good dinner and breakfast.”

“The B&B is definitely the best in my experience. Bedroom as well as bathroom are very clean and tidy. The paper folders in bathroom is antique-wise. Also electrical equipments are convenient and cool. Coffee server and fridge are stylish. Lights are well designed. Breakfast is delicious and plenty. Graham’s homemade jams are excellent. “A relatively new hotel with very comfortable room and bathroom. AC provision especially great during heat waves. The restaurant is excellent and the food is beautifully cooked and presented. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel is a bit rundown but with a car there are plenty of lovely places to visit in Somerset and Devon. Would recommend staying at this hotel.”

“Hotel a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e in zona centralissima. Camera molto pulita, colazione completa. Ha un pub/ristorante interno. Unico neo è la connessione wifi che non avevo in camera e che per chi ha pochi gb rimasti e/o deve lavorare può essere un problema. Ad ogni modo, per me sono importanti la pulizia e la comodità e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. ”
